I was assigned a tasker named Glen D to carry out assembly of several Ikea tv and media units. I can't recommend him highly enough and would urge anyone requiring any flatpack assembly to employ him. He is a very polite, friendly and professional. He works continuously to a high stsndard until the task is completed. When assembly was completed he tidied the whole work area. I will definitely use him again.

Following a service on my air source heat pump, I contacted my local 0800 customer service. I was greeted by Laura Anscombe to whom I requested a service certificate as well as other information what she couldn’t help me with herself. Not only did she issue me with a service certificate, but also sourced the information I required by contacting the relevant department in order to fulfill my request. Laura was very professional, friendly and polite and is a great ambassador for your organisation.

Very nice looking cooker. Hob is functional. Unfortunately the ovens are not as effective as they should be. Thermostats appear not to work efficiently . Takes an eternity to achieve chosen temperature and needs to be set at least 50 degrees higher than that recommended.

First class repair and repaint on 18” diamond cut wheel. Completed in 2 days. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Durham The Wheel Specialist for all your wheel refurbishments.

Home insurance is a necessary evil. As with most companies profits are the prime motivator. Insurance companies are no exception. They are very happy to take your premiums each month, but are very reluctant to settle up any genuine claims as quickly. Each time I renew my home insurance I receive another booklet containing the many reasons and circumstances for which I will not be able to make a claim. I sometimes wonder why I bother to have insurance in the first place. Each year premiums increase and the number of reasons why you can't claim increase, a win win situation for insurance companies.
I have home insurance for the unlikely event I need to make a claim because I have been unfortunate enough to have suffered a malfunction of one sort or another in my property. I use Insure 4Retirement because I think they were able to provide the protection I could afford. I have fortunately not had to make a claim since I have been with them, so I am not able to comment on their Customer Service. If I have the misfortune for the need to make a claim in the future, I will feel able to give better and honest feedback.

I first started buying dog shampoo from The Animal Health Company when on a visit to Crufts at the NEC. I have a small predominantly white dog with a coat that attracts dirt like a magnet, hence bathing occurs very frequently. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and product. As well as dog products they also sell a large range for equine owners.
