Sainsmart was responsive to product concerns but communication is slow considering the support isn't U.S. based. Each back and forth thru email is a 24 hour process. My cnc router was nonfunctional on arrival due to an nonfunction right rail system. After several days of emails diagnosing the issue a new right rail was sent. A full rail is not light but it was shipped poorly with foam on the ends and wrapped in plastic...it arrived with a base dented and the entire rail twisted such that it couldn't be mounted. Several more emails and then another replacement rail was sent and even after telling them to ship in a box, they didn't, and it arrived damaged and unusable.
