Exchanging tickets

I needed to exchange some tickets I had booked and was unable to carry this out on line. However speaking to an agent the problem was quickly resolved and the booking changed to another date without any fuss or bother. Many thanks.

I am a new customer to Scottish Power…

I am a new customer to Scottish Power and have found them to be very helpful and caring during the initial consultation and the change over period. They have kept me informed as to what and when things would happen and telephone was answered within 5 minutes unlike some call centres that keep you hanging on for up to an hour and then cut you off. Am impressed with Scottish Power so far.

Grid cards

Why send a letter about the disuse of grid cards when you haven't yet got all of the system in place especially if you do not want to have to App on your phone, which I do not. You will now have to send out another letter with a waste of more money on postage.
