Fast and efficient service to complete…

Fast and efficient service to complete a Full Annual Service. Additional work carried out to replace the small pump which engineer thought was causing probelm we expereinced where Self Clean was intermittent and message read "Clean Filter" - That did not resolve issue so revisit required to fix.

Only fault is that there is no immediate certificate page showing coverage summary AND the emergency phone line numbers that can be printed and taken when travelling

I take 5XL but yours is always smaller…

I take 5XL but yours is always smaller and you don’t do 6xl.

Also find quality of material on trousers is poor and creasing - I have some old drawstring ones from
You from years ago and can’t seem to get now

Only 2 out of 3 products delivered and no news on the 3rd one yet.

the 2 received were too thin material to be used as proper trousers for evening etc

I am sorry to read that Rugby Leisure Trs haven't arrived yet. Having a look on our system I can see that there is a delay with the delivery. I found out choice of cottage very…

I found out choice of cottage very quickly and the booking process was quick.
The only recommendation I’d have is to instal some more description and filters to explain the positioning of the properties, the surrounding terrain and proximity to immediate shops/pubs etc.
We need to know the terrain relative to it being flat or hills as we are limited mobility wise
