Xcotton monitored my package from China and identified that it wasn't progressing very fast. After about 2weeks it seemed lost in transit as tracking number did not advance info. I contacted Xcotton regarding the lost package and they agreed to contact the supplier to get another shipment sent free of charges. About 2 days later they provided another tracking number. I asked them to continue to monitor until the new package was delivered to me in Canada. They agreed and I am presently waiting for my new package to arrive.my Thanks to Dily for quick action.
