Terrible company

Terrible company, who send out poor glasses and then when you complain and return them, threaten you. Then when glasses are returned only offer a partial refund due to issues you reported on delivery.

Buy from them at your risk!

(And I did complain and you threatened me to remove my review)

In the case of your return, our quality department found scratches on the lenses; for this reason, in accordance with our return policy, it was not possible to issue a full refund. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, in the event of receiving a non-compliant product, it is essential to contact Customer Service immediately to report the issue; in your case, we did not receive any email notifying us of the problem.

Regarding your comment about reviews, we would like to clarify that we do not have the ability to remove them independently: reviews are free, and our customers’ feedback is always appreciated, as it helps us improve our service.

Outstanding customer service

Excellent customer service and communication both before and after booking the car rental.
Marie in customer services was polite, helpful and a credit to the company, quickly supporting myself as a customer.

Couple that with a great price means I would definitely recommend to anyone and will book with again future myself
