Glasses delivered poor alignment of nose bud frame also worn identification mark on ear arms! Reported within 15 mins of receiving and the tone of email suggests the pictures are not conclusive enough! Stating if they feel it’s not down to production then they’ll only partially refund!

I ordered from Ireland and the experience surpassed all my expectations, simply wonderful.

AVOID like the plague.
Honestly, if you’re thinking of buying sunglasses from these guys, DONT. Even if they seem a little cheap, pay a little more and go to your local flannels etc. if you have the slightest of issues they will not want to know. Plus the sunglasses they sell aren’t the same fit as the model you try on in the store, possibly very good quality fakes .

Goods were ordered from our German company with valid VAT ID. Instead of deducting the VAT amount, the same total amount was kept and the VAT was set to 0% which means Vistaexpert kept the VAT for extra profit. Poor communication with little and later no response at all and no understanding at all. Luckily we rejected delivery and got refunded but of course no refund for the freight charge.
COMMENT:
In regards to your response this is wrong. When ordering for instance from Amazon EU or other EU sellers they charge 0% VAT and subtract the VAT amount from the total amount which is correct EU VAT practice.

Company sent the wrong lenses. I’ve had to pay for return postage ~25% of the cost of the lenses.
Now I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for a refund.

Ordered for my holiday took longer than expected to deliver and when “delivered” the package was not delivered to me and it was supposedly signed for when I did not sign for it

Great value - half the price of the same frames bought elsewhere. I was worried they would be fakes but they're not and I'm delighted!
Terrible company, who send out poor glasses and then when you complain and return them, threaten you. Then when glasses are returned only offer a partial refund due to issues you reported on delivery.
Buy from them at your risk!

Despite the “free shipping” advertised AND the receipt showing my final payment, I was contacted days later by the shipping agency (UPS) requiring a $60 import fee. The website needs to do a MUCH better job of informing buyers of this, as a fee of this size makes the glasses I bought the same price as if I had bought them from a local retailer. When I contacted the company about this fee, which I considered to be part of the shipping process, they directed me to a small blurb somewhere in their website that says customers incur import fees. As someone who does not make many international purchases, this is not something I’m generally on the lookout for. If a company says “no shipping” and my final payment is received, I’m not expecting the delivery people to require additional fees. This information needs to be on the purchasing page, perhaps with a check box that says the customer needs to check their country requirements. This company’s representatives have been incredibly polite, and the reason for this import fee is out of their hands, however I give a one star review because the communication needs to be more clear. Buyers shopping for discounts have to do work to ensure they’re using a reputable company, have to wait longer for their product, and why would anyone in the United States do that and take the risk of buying from a lesser known discount store if at the end of the day the cost is the same as if it was purchased from the local licensed retailer down the street?

While I may not call them a total scam now, I can't recommend shopping with them either.

Vista Expert is a total scam. I returned a pair of sunglasses using their return slip (so under their insurance not mine), and they claim the box arrived empty, suggesting I didn’t put the sunglasses inside the box. They shared what they call proofs, such as a photo of an empty box, and hear-say that their transporter confirmed the box weight was equal to empty when they got it (I was never copied in the email threads with the transporter). Their word against mine, and I know I put the sunglasses in the box, I’m not a total idiot, nor am I dishonest. I’m outraged and would advise to not trust them for a second. I tried the sunglasses in a shop before ordering them and they were a total different size despite being the exact same reference. Beware!
