Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I ordered a limited edition Album as a gift for a very excited 13 year old, which never arrived. When I chased it up I was informed there were only limited copies and I wouldn't be receiving it after all. No consideration or communication to let me know. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Excellent Customer Service and Prompt Delivery

A professional company with excellent customer service. What a breath of fresh air! I ordered a Carrhart Beanie as a gift. It arrived very promptly even with Christmas pressures. There was a minor concern with torn packaging but the hat was fine. However, I raised it with the company after an email requesting feedback. Philip in Operations went above and beyond with a very quick and professional response and recompense. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

Very expensive but ok for a special occasion.

Very clean and staff were all friendly and polite. Good facilities but eye wateringly expensive. There were 5 teenagers for my Daughter's Birthday. 2 games of bowling with a kids meal each (v small) and 2 bowls of nachos was £125. Plus cost of games machines was another £30. Unless there's a very special offer we can't afford to go again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would give zero if I could. Please avoid ordering from this company at all costs. I'm still trying to get a refund of nearly £100 after 6 weeks despite several attempts and having proof of postage for return. Absolute con merchants. So shocked that a global brand behave like this. I've been left in real financial dire straits just before Christmas. After seeing all the other reviews I feel sick knowing this is standard practice.
Shame on you Crocs.

I've been using Vision Direct for contact lenses for several years. They're an excellent, trustworthy company with great customer service and always deliver promptly. It's a rare thing in the modern world! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Low Deposit Deception - Be Warned!

Low deposit deception - be warned! They advertise a £25 low deposit but fail to mention that you have to pay 30% of the booking if you have to cancel. We had a booking for end of July for my Mum's Birthday but she is sadly not well enough to attend. We gave 7 weeks notice. Hugely expensive at £1500 for effectively 2 days and 3 nights anyway but was close enough to home to make it accessible. Customer Service appalling. Rude, arrogant staff member. No compassion or understanding. Now have to pay nearly £500. Conveniently hidden in lengthy terms and conditions that you have to pay 30% of total booking if you cancel plus any random costs and fees they choose to apply. They also keep your card details, which you cannot remove, and they subsequently take whatever they please, when they please from your Account without your permission. Appalling company. Manipulative and deceptive, underhand Will never use again. Would give 0 stars if I could. No holiday for our family, including our Daughter with Special Needs. Left us all very stressed and upset.

This is Apostle Accounting in Stowmarket. As seen on Watchdog 19.4.23. There are literally hundreds of victims. Do your research and avoid at all costs. Currently being investigated.

Referred to Fraud Investigation Unit a few days ago. As reported on BBC website. As you can see from her responses not a single apology or hint of remorse despite the obvious distress of all her customers. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour. We signed and saw nothing of what she submitted. We still don't know as she won't respond to our SARS request from 2 months ago (legal obligation states 28 days)

Trustpilot - why do you remove some of these reviews at Zoe's request because they can't prove it? Zoe Goodchild refuses us access to what she submitted. We signed nothing. Yet she repeatedly lies about her victims causing even more distress, without evidence, and her dishonest responses remain?

Hi, these claims are legal and above board. HMRC is asking for evidence to substantiate the claim. All clients signed up to this service and approved claims with their information before filing. We are supporting clients to challenge HMRC decision. We are not being investigated by HMRC we have had two agent compliance checks and are continuing to trade as there was no evidence of wrongdoing.

Tax codes are down to HMRC we have no authority to change these nor have we ever said you were self employed. You registered for self assessment for the claim, NOT self employment. We have had no notification of police investigation yet our lawyers have provided evidence showing client disclaimers signed and calculations approved ahead of any potential investigations. The same response is valid for most of these reviews hence the same response being given. This is a civil matter not a criminal matter and should be dealt with by contacting our team, or via your solicitors.

Appalling Customer Service

We recently purchased an exercise bike from Argos. On collection the box was damaged' which we mentioned to a member of staff who said it was fine
Once home however, the box was poorly taped and when we opened it it was full of broken polystyrene and a product that clearly been used, dismantled and returned.

It was a gift for my 2 young daughters'cwhi were really upset and disappointed. When we returned the item to Argos store we had no apology or offer of replacement. Appalling Customer Service.

A few months ago we had to return a bed. It took nearly 6 weeks to finally receive a refund after literally hours spent trying to get through to someone. 3 times we were promised a refund.

Argos have seriously gone downhill.

Highly Recommended

We joined bulb a few years ago and have been very happy with them. We've saved money, simple clear pricing plan, green energy, excellent customer service and no tie-in so you can leave anytime if you're not happy. I've recommended them to lots friends and family and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

APPALLING SERVICE

We ordered a wooden swing set from Activity Toys Direct, which is dangerously faulty and not safe to use. There is a very wide long and deep split stretching to the centre of the main wooden bar. I phoned to ask for a refund and collection. The member of staff was very dismissive and asked that I send photos, which I duly did. They then sent a curt reply saying it was normal, highlighting splits and cracks as normal in the products text. No mention of fatal flaws though! They have ignored my refund request.

I now have no main present for my daughter's birthday this weekend and without the refund I am unable to purchase an alternative gift. Very upset and disappointed.

The delivery service was also poor.

We used this company as their reviews were so good but strangely I'm unable to add my poor review to their website or Facebook page. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

Unfortunately, It looks like I will have to take this to Trading Standards now.

Excellent, reliable service as always

I have been using vision direct for a few years now. On the odd occasion I've needed to amend or bring forward an order the customer service is excellent and orders are prompt and reliable. It's also alot cheaper than going through the Opticians. Highly recommend.
