I had some issues with the settings of my 4030-v2 and asked customer service for assistance. They responded extremely fast with a solution, problem solved.
I am super happy with the machine and Cassie’s assistance.

Very quick delivery after ordering

Very quick delivery after ordering, even the dustshoe which was on backorder arrived within a few days.
The assembly was easy with good instructions. My first test carve went smoothly and done within minutes.
The 4030 V2 is a great machine.
The only thing i still have to do is to surface the spoilboard as there is about 1 mm difference between front and rear.
Super happy with this purchase from Genmitsu and Cassie was of great help to me.

My order was very quickly handled and arrived within the announced period.
The product was very well packed and very well protected for the shipment.
The assembly of the product went without any problems and the end result is a beautifull display box for my model ship.
Strongly recommend this product.

Onnodig gereedschap

De jongeman die mij de Traxx4M verkocht gaf mij de aanbeveling een setje gereedschap mee te kopen van €19.
Bij thuiskomst bleek dat alle benodigde gereedschappen in het Traxx4M pakket te zitten.
Mogelijk wist hij dit niet.
Verder alles top!

Be smart and look for another car…

So Carjet responded by a person called Inma, both here and in an e-mail to me.
Following are my comments to this reply:
a. No, we did not get a confirmation of our change
b. we did indeed find a telephone number on the original voucher and tried to call to get confirmation of our change. After having waited 30 mins on hold, we gave up assuming the change was ok.
c. If the car-hire company, "Fair Car Rental" (which has also lots of bad reviews) waited for us on the given flight and arrival time, they are indeed some brainless dumbos as they would have noticed on the arrivals board that the flight was cancelled. We were the only people renting a car from them on that flight so this could not have been hard. Flight OK460 on July 14th. There are many ways to follow scheduled flights and this is a an incorrect argument.
d. You might have paid and they might have recieved the money for a service/product not delivered (that is between the 2 of you) so I repeat my request for a refund. Since we were the only persons renting a car from them that day , they cannot claim loss of income due to a pre-booked car.
e. In your e-mail to me you recommend to contact the airline and claim the refund from them.
It is you and the car rental company that take my money for a product/service not delivered. The airline re-booked us for the next day without a fuss and you should be fair and refund our money. (Euro 508,-)

Be smart and look for another car rental company. Carjet has deleted all contact details from their website since the Covid-19 crisis started.
Our flight of 14.07.2020 with arrival early on 15.07.2020 in Reukjavik was cancelled by the airline. We immediately changed our car rental to the next day as the flight was going then.
No car on our arrival and no carjet representative so we were forced to hire another car from another company. After lots of searches we managed to find an e-mail address and wrote to them with the request for a refund of our Euro 508,85 (Booking CJT-34758913). We never did get a reply nor a refund. Very unprofessional and not to be trusted.

Hello Henk,

You requested us to call you but now I cannot reach you on your phone.

In fact you state is not true. You have all the information in your voucher and in case you need to contact us there is a form online for you to send us your comments.

We are posting everyday our contact details all over the internet. But in fact the information is always sent by email in your voucher as I mentioned before.

I can see that you sent me an email but yo didn't give me the chance to help you before posting the review.

I can see that the car hire company waited for you the 15th but you tried to collect the car the day after without modifiying your booking.

We always recommend to call us or request the amendment using the links in your confirmation email to be able to guarantee that the car will be ready for you even f you need to collect the car the day after, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the car hire company can be aware of the change.

I miss the opportunity to select a seat…

I miss the opportunity to select a seat when booking. Other sites offer this possibility.
Your site also does not mention when and where to do the on-line check in. It would be very helpfull if this would be mentioned at least on the e-mail confirmation.
Furthermore, the booking number given by you is not recognised on the KLM website.

Regrading the seat assignment, please note that you can make the selection either during the booking process or by contacting our customer care representatives.

In some cases, we do not have access to the airline’s online seat map and adding the preference can only be processed by contacting us.

In order to proceed with the online check-in you may also do so on the airline's website using your ticket number or the airline company's reference number provided in your e ticket.

Moreover, please note general information regrading this procedure is also stated on the e-ticket we send after completing the booking process.

car was poorly maintained, lack of brake fluid

The car we were given was a Ford B-max with 56.000 km. After driving it an hour we had an alarm informing us that the brake fluid level was low. We checked and found no brake fluid in its holder so we had to buy and re-fill. Moreover the brakes were squeeling badly as if the lining was gone.
The car was not very clean and the front window was very dirty on the inside.
The possitive thing was its fuel consumption, very low with 5.5 liters to 100 km(diesel).

Other than that we had no problems.
