Terrible company

Terrible company. Lesson here is do not order via social media links. After a month, no goods received. Countless emails and then an offer of shipping refund. No updates on progress of order. Feeble excuse given about 'can't refund order until you've received it' which is rubbish under the Consumer Act 2015. Don't go anywhere near them. They have been reported to trading standards and I will be claiming a chargeback.

Thanks Dragon's Den!

Dragon’s Den convinced me to give this a try, and it didn’t disappoint. The juice shots are delicious and are beneficial, the Gut Feel blend is full of gut-friendly goodness and blends beautifully into my morning oats. A recent issue with my order was efficiently, speedily and courteously handled. Just excellent!

Sweet shell heart necklace, but

I bought the lovely shell heart necklace for myself and liked it so much bought one each for my daughters. Unfortunately, one broke, but it was speedily replaced. The customer service is excellent. However, I am a tad disappointed with my original purchase as it has faded somewhat...the original bright colours have disappeared. I've only worn it a handful of times.

Lovely scents

I love Ffern scents. I do find them more summer-appropriate than winter, however. That's not a bad thing, but I do like something a little 'heavier' and sweeter for the autumn/winter. That said, the winter '25 offering has been my favourite to date and would buy it on repeat if I could. It garnered many compliments. The enjoyment of receiving a new scent every three months is a little luxury.

Lovely cardigans

I purchased two fair isle cardigans. Much as I loved them, I don't do too well with wool (itchy, itchy, itchy) but was hoping that there was little enough in it to cause itching. Sadly and disappointingly, I just couldn't tolerate it, and it was with regret that I had to return them. However, the service from ordering to return was faultless.

Really good (except for the rack)

My draining dishrack from Joseph & Joseph was really annoying me because the draining spout just doesn't stay on. After putting up with it for a number of years, I thought, enough, replace! I was rather taken by the Reborn products and eventually took the plunge with a bundle (plus an extra freebie!). It's excellent quality and does the job…sort of.

The dish-draining rack is next to useless. Plates (or anything) simply do not stand up as they do not go down far enough because of two extra unrequired supporting rods. I was on the verge of binning my J&J item, but I kept the rack (Reborn, please please have a good look at that, because it’s perfect) and use that instead of the supplied rack which will probably find itself at the recycling centre in the metal bin. The ‘prongs’ on the J&J rack are also narrow enough to be able to be able to up-end bottles so that they drain without falling over. With Reborn’s supplied rack this is impossible. A very frustrating rack, which is very disappointing.

Terrible website. No facility at all to manage your subscription, so if you want to delay or skip, there is no way to do it. It's very crude and un-user-friendly.

More care needed with measurements

After two incorrectly measured orders, I threw in the towel, despite an offer to get it right a third time. I didn't have the confidence to try once more, when my order should have been correct the first time.
I can say nice things about the quality of the blinds, however, and the choice of colours and fabrics is fabulous.
Despite the measuring fiasco, I can highly recommend the customer service. My complaints were attended to very quickly, apologies were swift to arrive and a final resolution was provided quickly (a refund). Ultimately, I would, of course, have preferred the blinds I ordered! I hope very much that there will be some investigation into why this all went so very very wrong, but I would like to thank the customer service agents for the attention I received.

Excellent customer service.

These bras are of excellent quality. However, they are for the fuller bust. I'm a 32C (or just a 32C) and found the 32Cs I purchased just a little too big. I just didn't fit them very well. CDC customer service were extremely helpful and offered to send me at no extra cost two replacements of a different style that they considered came up smaller. They do indeed fit a good deal better, but I'd say, there's still an awful lot more bra than my girlies need! However, I remain impressed by the efforts to make sure I was a happy customer.

Excellent in every way

I've long since abandoned ouchy-ouchy underwired bras, but I've reached an age where I just can't tolerate anything too tight around my bust area. I have a very unenviable bust (in other words, non-existent!), but I do like to wear a bra because I'm not a great fan of the visible-nipple/hang-loose type of bust! The high rating the comfort of these bras received was so impressive, I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered a couple in different styles, and it was immediately obvious that the quality is high. They were indeed extremely comfortable, but unfortunately, a little too big in the cup area and I had the smallest size. But the customer service team pulled out all the stops to help me find a couple of other styles that come up a little smaller for me to try. I haven't received them yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed these will fit. I can't praise the help and service highly enough. I was also very impressed that each bra comes with an extender. Just brilliant.

I was reluctant to order again from FatFace after they lost my previous order no fewer than three times. However, I was tempted by some sale items which I had delivered to store and all went well. So convenient to be able to click and collect. They redeemed themselves!
