This company.pany are scammers, im calling police. They took money out of my account for a subscription i dident make then refunded me ,then accessed my account again to take it out again today.

If I could give it zero I would. I ordered lots of clothes in two parcels, they are saying they were delivered they were not the delivery address is even undefined, no more information whatsoever. When I email customer service they dont respond this has been a scam from strt to finish. Calling police

This company will be reported to trading standards, i ordered one they keep billing me accessing my account even after I cancelled all orders before they shipped i won't get the order anyway as where I collect my parcels now send everything back. If I need to ill call police. Going to report to my banks fraud team . Do not buy from this company they are crooks and scammers

I cannot believe what I just…

I cannot believe what I just experienced, Did an online shop with Sainsbury's because ive had a stroke, this caussed me extreme stress, the delivery driver dident seem to know what he was doing, Money had already been accesed out of my account. None of of my food products were in the baskets and none of the drinks he dident know where it was ?,???,I turned him away with what he was trying to deliver which wasn't even half my delivery and told him to f off. I will never use Sainsbury's again. Tommorrow im calling trading standards

Ordered and paid for a blood pressure monitor beginning of October, no response to emails, took my money straight away.
Ive had a stroke and need this.
Will be contacting trading standards, then police if it dosent arrive soon

Scammers

Scammers. Have not received my crosses, paid for beginning of month. Have been sending me weird emails saying im lying and messages on Facebook. Harrasment. This is not a Christian company, so many people have not recieved there crosses.
I find customer service scary. As member of the public we're allowed to give negative reviews without the company sending rude weird email replies .

WEYMOUTH BRANCH Terrible pharmacy, should close down.

Recently this pharmacy has gone downhill to tbe point it should be closed down.This pharmacy is supposed to serve tbe local community and prescribe prescriptions of medications it is not doing this. There is never a pharmacist there, trying to make a complaint is pointless head office does not answer phone. There is nothing on the shelves either.i have decided to contact trading standards .Today there were two Indian woman ,new staff. They were useless, what's the point in employing them, They appear very happy doing absolutely nothing. I spent two hours trying to get my meds. They couldent even advise where to go.They had never heard of the crescent surgery which is close to them.i got my meds there. I walked all way from harbour to them I've had a stroke. I won't be using them again. CLOSE DOWN AND STOP USING NHS FUNDS FOR THIS PHARMACY!!!!! Really disgusting service!!!!

My parcel was dumped by an open door onto street, not safe place this is disgusting service, you don't do anything about my complaints because this happened only a few weeks ago. I'm vulnerable and disabled from a stroke. I'm really upset by your service

Left in unsafe safe place again!!!!

Repeatedly leave parcels in unsafe place. Did not make reasonable adjustments for me being deaf and disabled. Only rang doorbell once I hardly heard it. Did not try other flats to access building . Did not follow instructions

No adjustments for disabled

My box of water was dumped downstairs in unsafe place not outside my flat. I'm disabled. By law you have to make reasonable adjustments for disabilities. I've had a stroke. I let driver know by naming parcel because I was unable to contact you. Disgusting service can't talk to anyone. I'm contacting trading standards.

Unbelievable

I'm not with you but have witnessed the most awful abuse of a man who was trying to get his own money out of a bank to buy a bike for his son. His money that he worked for, the woman refused to give him his own money!!!!!!!This is unlawful I would of called the police, it's stealing . This video disturbed me is so outrageous, The lady serving him should be sacked immediately. Banks are there to serve the people not abuse them

False advertising against law

I have just discovered that Amazon have been scamming me over delivery charges. There is a regulation on my app that states if you spend over 35 pounds you get free standard delivery. When I make orders it always states free delivery at time of order. Today I checked my orders on every order they have been charging me ,I don't know for how long could be years. This is false advertising and against the consumer act of 2008, against trading standards, tomorrow I will be contacting them.

Savings not applied

I've spent thousands with waitrose online shopping recently noticed savings advertised on my shop in the waitrose app were not applied. First noticed it on approximately 3 items three weeks ago. The following week was OK. But last week two items had not got the savings applied to my final payment. I originally rang and a man at dorchester refunded me the first time I noticed. He said if it happened again call the shop.it happened again last week called shop only to be met by extremely rude staff who refused to help me.
I've since discovered its actually against the law and consumers act 2008 to fake advertise savings and not apply them .it's punishable with imprisonment among others things. Tomorrow I'm calling trading standards. Simply because I fear this has been going on for years and I only just noticed it.

Lying about saving prices

Ive been doing a weekly shop with waitrose online for approximately 4 years, recently because I'm disabled and had a stroke. I spend almost 100 pounds a week.
Recently Ive noticed two weeks ago that the savings that were applied to my shopping were not applied.i rang the waitrose shop in Dorchester. The man that answered phone acknowledged an error on behalf of waitrose and gave me the money back and a voucher.last week there was no error. This week there was an error on two items. Only problem the people answering phone won't acknowledge it.inr even said it was above his pay grade,this is not rocket science!they would not refund me on a. Item they say was 3.00 pounds but charged me 3.70 . Tomorrow I'm ringing trading standards as it's against the law. It's like going to a shop buying something with a price tag on you get to till and they put it up. Against law. Biggest problem for me I only noticed they were doing this to me two weeks ago, they could of been doing it for years!! Very upset as it's dishonest

False advertising

I feel that the company falsley advertises. There is no size in the order or on the Aeon site for olive oil, I presumed the bottle would be like most extra virgin oil sizes 500ml but it's only 250 ml such a tiny bottle for price. How can benefits be received from such a tiny bottle it will literally only last a few days.
Extortionate pricing.

Delivery was over 2 hours late

Delivery was I er 2 hours late, even though I was a new customer, all the produce was poor quality including vegetables and fruit, well past sell by date not enough variety, gave me so much ginger which I dident order, no carrots , meat was tough chewy and old, felt this was deliberate to fob of on me as I'm single, don't recommend , some cheese was okay, generally poor quality
