Still ignoring my request for payment of monies they owe me.
Two weeks ago I placed a damning review on this site referring to monies that this company owe me which has been outstanding since last November. This is the latest of a number of failures that I experienced from them when living in one of their managed properties. In reply Mo Bot stated that they had reached out to me. What a joke! I wasted my time in responding to the bot message.A window popped up asking for my email address, reference number of the request that I originally logged, and my phone number. I duly completed it immediately and anybody who has had the misfortune to deal with this company will not be surprised to know that I've heard nothing since. It's now 3 months since this debt occurred, and their property transfer team continue to ignore every communication that I send to them. Team? Headless chickens would be a better description! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing retirement, I recommend that you choose carefully, ensuring that you find a property with a competent management company in order to achieve your objective.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to be forced to deal with
First Port are one of the worst companies that it has been my displeasure to have been forced to deal with (by a landlord who decided to bring them on board). I sold the property that they were managing back in November and was glad to be rid of them. They admit that they know that I moved, but are still sending me emails telling me that I owe rent for the period since I moved. They owe me a rebate for parking charges for which they sent me a credit note in early December. I asked them to send me a cheque or debit direct into my bank the money owed. I received a bot generated message saying that I would typically receive a response within 5 days. After sending them a further reminder 2 weeks ago, they have still ignored my messages, and of course, not paid up. Over the period that I lived in the property, there were other examples of mismanagement, which I won't detail here. Suffice to say that I am pleased to be rid of them, and will not stop until they pay me the money that they owe me.

Disappointing
They made 3 appointments to send someone out to complete my task (over a period of 2 days), and each time they subsequently got back to me saying that they couldn't get a tasker to do the job, asking me to rebook. Then they went quiet, eventually coming back asking me to name a day and time (again). Having been let down on the 3 previous appointments, I didn't bother wasting my time on them any further. Has anyone else noticed that they use 2 versions of apologetic replies, and that's it? Presumably bot generated. Thanks bot for the reply: No chance.
