Flat tyre experience that Premia made a pleasant experience

Flat tyre experience that was handled really well when I contacted Premia. Efficient & without fuss they clarified my options re getting the tyre repaired & had me on the road again not long after.
The claim form was a bit of a bind & I made an error but the wonderful Jean contacted me to point out this & with patience walked me thru the process. Her customer servive was second to none. Thank you Jean & Premia. A* star

Items we have purchased are exactly as…

Items we have purchased are exactly as expected. Quality, durable & good value. Shame they use an awful delivery partner (Evri) who quote deadlines they just can't keep (worst delivery partners ever!. Not JL’s fault but I’d rather pay for a decent delivery company to be used.

Evri is the worst delivery company I…

Evri is the worst delivery company I have ever come across.
Claimed to have come to collect the item on 2 occasions but never did (I have video proof that no courier appeared at the time stated). I waited in on both days - an absolute waste of my time that I won't get back!
Emails from myself to Evri customer services on Chatbot Enquiry were clearly never read as I kept getting the same email response from the Customer Services & the local depot teams (my item is in the system waiting to be delivered???! when I actually wanted the item to be collected). And then they stopped communicating altogether.

And now to top it all, another Customer Service adviser (that's a misnomer!) wants to book in a collection, yet this has already taken place (17.06.25)!!! The head & ar*e are not communicating with each other, hence you get sh*t service

Why major retailers use this company is beyond me as it reflects badly on them also.
