Probably the best insurance experience I've ever had
I submitted a claim for a screw punctured tyre. the site and claim was easy to use and making the claim was straight forward. I submitted the claim after hours on a Friday expecting it to take at least a week to be reviewed, and was pleasantly surprised when the claim was accepted the following Monday and paid out 3 days later. Paint marks on alloy part of wheel. My husband managed to remove this himself with T-Cut. Still a slight scratch on the rim not been repaired. Paint splash on black area of wheel.
I had a wheel repaired at a local repairer last year as you will be aware. That job was perfect but it took four hours. This latest repair was done in 30 minutes.

When I had to make a claim the form that I had to complete was simple and took no time at all to finish. I only waited 2 days and the full amount was in my account. I cannot praise the company enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The claim form asked for 2 pictures of…
The claim form asked for 2 pictures of each tyre. We were unable to do this as the garage only provided one picture of each tyre. We had to upload a picture of our registration to bypass that part of the claim. That part of the claim could have been an easier to process. Further to this, once we had submitted the claim, we received a notification email advising us the claim should be processed within the next 7 days. We are now 15 days post claim and have not heard anything from anyone with regards to an update. We feel if you set expectations, you should be in a position to uphold said expectations.

They refused to do the work
They refused to do the work, as one scratch was too long, so couldn't even fix the smaller ones, as it was in the same claim.
This just felt like another insurance company taking money with limited parameters to have successful claims, from any scrapes and accidents.

The small damage on my car was fixed and looks good as new.
Staff very helpful and online process was easy to follow.
This was the first claim in almost three years and worth it. I’d recommend anyone with a new car especially to have this for peace of mind against small scratches as I want my car like new.
Be poor customer service
The claim was submitted, obviously analysed and rejected without any contact with either my daughter (the driver) or myself. I received an email which claimed that they had spoken with me.
I accept the point about the dent however the scratches should have been repaired as they clearly come within the terms of the agreement.
I feel that the whole system is a disgrace and regret taking the cover in the first place

Took the minor damage policy when i bought the car hoping not to need it however front wing and wheel arch scratched and scraped on 05/01/26. Reported to Premia Solutions on 06/01/26, it was a simple process to take pictures and submit the claim online which was accepted and the repair authorised the next day, Vehicle repaired on 15/01/26 by Revive and the whole process was easy and stress free.
