It's all part of the fun!

I’m fortunate to have Bola as my tutor—she’s incredibly patient, encouraging, and makes learning genuinely enjoyable. The consistency of the lessons is a big help, and the topics are thoughtfully planned and focused. At first, I felt a bit silly trying to pronounce certain words, but Bola has created a comfortable environment where I can try without feeling embarrassed. We do share a laugh at my expense sometimes, but that’s all part of the fun! :)

Great customer service, lovely product, super happy!

I was really grateful for the video consultation as this put me at ease but it wasn't until it arrived and assembled that I realised how knowledgeable the staff are!
Shannon dealt with all my worries and queries like a pro too! 😄
I fitted our balustrade and that helped to keep the cost affordable plus it makes it even more satisfying to look at.

Myself and my husband absolutely love it and would definitely come to stairfurb again in the future!

The most ridiculous policy...Avoid yourself the hassle

Really wish I had read these reviews before making my order as I'm nodding along with the majority of them after having the same experience.

Initially, I didn't realise it would take 7 weeks to deliver after reading on the website that I'd be contacted about the delivery date within 5 days. CS didn't acknowledge it is on their site but either way I was willing to wait. After making the order in Dec, it eventually arrived mid-Feb with 2 pieces broken, the bag of fixings had exploded all over the box, along with the polystyrene. I put this down to the delivery company (Furdeco) as they had delivered other items to me that same week and they weren't in the best condition either, so I can't fully say who's at fault.

I asked if another could be sent and they confirmed they will replace the broken pieces. It is only 2 panels and the fixings but yet I'm waiting another 6-7 weeks so since then my husband and I have found an alternative as this is take forever and I've asked, before the replacement pieces are delivered to save them the delivery fee, to have a refund.

It would appear I have more consideration towards the company than they respect the customer, as much to my shock this morning they've already written off my 14 days cooling off period from the first delivery, which was a mess! I haven't even got the whole item in my possession, so I'm being told no, basically. I have never heard such a ridiculous policy in my life. I haven't seen how this looks, I don't even have the full product so I should still have my 14 days from when these replacement pieces have arrived! An absolute cheek!

Instead of waiting for the next person to email me back, if they ever do, I've made up my mind about this situation and company and still expect a FULL refund.

As we can see, since you approved your replacement parts at 14th of February, for 2 parts and you wanted to cancel the replacement parts and return the product days after with a change of mind.

However, since you already agreed for replacement parts which are already processed, it is not possible to take you into the cooling off period and return the product.

If you have contacted right after you wanted the replacement parts agreed and they were not processed, we would be happy to help you but unfortunately after replacement parts are produced, it is not possible.

I am so glad I found Stairfurb!

I am so glad I found Stairfurb, I couldn't understand how to measure up our old banister so having a video call really helped and reassured me. It was affordable and I am really happy with the quality. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic trainer, useful prep, materials and a pass that followed! Happy days!

I just completed my Prince2 Foundation course and passed my exam yesterday. I'm not even in a PM role yet, however by following the pre-course workbook, ensuring I followed everything in the classroom and completed the required homework, I was able to pass.

I had Simon as my trainer and he was fantastic! Very engaging, non-judgmental, approachable, friendly and super inspiring human-being!

The course was extremely interesting for me and I look forwards to completing my Practitioner exam soon! :)
