Easyframe are probably the most customer focused supplier I've dealt with for some time. They are a communicative company that want to ensure you get the product you need for your project. After an initial mix-up, not being familiar with frame manufacturing, the team worked hard to ensure I understood the ordering process and received the right box frame product.
It arrived quickly, well wrapped and is a high quality item complete with all fixtures and fittings to hang it. Easyframe keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Thank you for your help with my project, would use again.

Hi Peter, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed and positive review — it’s genuinely appreciated.
We’re really pleased we could guide you through the ordering process and make sure you received the right box frame for your project. It’s great to hear you were happy with the quality, packaging, and communication throughout.
Thanks again for choosing EasyFrame and for your patience along the way. We’d be delighted to help you again in the future.
First, let me say the quality of the product is good, packaging was good and it arrived in reasonable time.
My rating refers to the selection of box frames and a word of caution if you're ordering a bespoke box frame
The fundamental dimension for a box frame is the working depth so you can be sure your items will fit. My particular item is 20mm so when I saw written in the largest letters "22mm box frame" I reasonably assumed I would get a box frame with 22mm available depth. I chose the options carefully I thought, I (incorrectly as it turns out ) assumed the single option spacer dimension of 6mm was the width of the spacer so my visible area would be 2x6mm less on each height and width dimension. You can only choose colour for this 6mm spacer ( the only dimension given) so I didn't imagine this was not the primary box depth dimension. You can guess, that when the frame arrive it's just 6mm deep, not 22mm.
On contacting Easyframe to get an explanation the primary, largest type dimension given of 22mm in the description is the dimension of the wooden frame itself - something of less interest when ordering a box frame.
My rating is not due to the quality of the product but what I consider to be a poorly constructed, potentially misleading description and frame selection process. Clearly writing in big and bold letters what working depth I would get would have been useful. Easyframe's reply makes perfect sense to a frame manufacturer but perhaps less so to inexperienced customers.
This has resulted in a not inexpensive, bespoke frame that I cannot use.
As Indiana Jones was told - choose wisely!

Hi Peter Williams, Thank you for your review and for the kind words about the quality of the frame and the care taken with packaging – that really means a lot to the team. I’m truly sorry for the confusion caused and that the finished frame didn’t give you the depth you were hoping for. Just to clarify (so everything is clear for you and for anyone else reading): • The main title of every frame (e.g. “22mm Walnut Foil Box Frame”) always refers to the visible width of the frame moulding itself and its dominant colour/finish. This is the industry-standard way of naming frames, as most customers start their search by choosing the look and width of the frame they want on the wall. • As soon as you open the actual product page, the very first line of the description clearly states: “A 22mm wide flat profile with a total depth of 22mm”. Further down the page you’ll find a detailed profile diagram and written specifications that confirm: o Visible frame width: 22mm o Total depth of the moulding: 22mm o Rebate depth (the maximum space available inside the frame): 17mm At no point do we describe the 22mm figure as the spacing between the glass and the backing board. • The usable space between the glazing and the backing board is determined entirely by the spacer you choose during customisation. We offer different spacer depths and colours, and there’s a “More Info” diagram that shows exactly how the spacer sits between the glazing and backing. In your case, the particular walnut foil box moulding only has a 17mm rebate. After allowing for the thickness of the glazing, backing board, and any mount, the deepest spacer that will physically fit is 6mm (available in black, white, or natural). Our next depth spacer(12mm) spacer simply wouldn’t work without the contents protruding from the back of the frame. We never intend for customers to be unsure, and your feedback has highlighted that we can make this even clearer on the page. We’re already looking at how to make the rebate depth and spacer options more prominent – thank you for helping us improve. I’ve just sent you an email with a couple of goodwill options: • A full refund (less the original postage cost) if you’d like to return the frame, or • A discount code if you’d prefer to reorder with a deeper moulding that will give you the space you need. Please just let me know whichever suits you best and I’ll sort it immediately. Rob Zanna
Solar lights I've bought in the past from various sources have never gone the distance, fine for a while but inevitably fail. I was a lot dubious about the claims made here but needn't have worried. The items are top quality, at a great price - I've now made several purchases. On one item packaging was damaged in transit which cracked the casing. An absolutely no quibble response from Solar Centre and a replacement was sent immediately, a special mention to Ella for the support, very impressive service, Others could learn a lot from this customer focussed company.
A perfect product for me as it fits well over a standard ceiling light pattress. I find fittings very awkward for this type of application and id buy this again. Great service, supplied on time and with all the fittings.
Excellent service from these guys, delivered overnight from France to UK allowing me to fix the bike that afternoon. Priced well and even with postage and a PayPal fee was cheaper than a UK ebay source. The item is a good brand, not a generic copy. I would definitely consider using these guys again. Merci beaucoup ! Allez Les Bleus !
Great people to deal with and very accommodating - going out of their way to help. A high quality product, delivered as expected and very well packed. Highly recommended.
