Awful customer service

Awful customer service. You can’t get through to anyone. Email takes days to get a reply.
Items show in stock then you don’t get your delivery for 3 weeks then they kindly tell you it’s not in stock and will take another 2 weeks! Never order from this company.

Awful cleaning service

I’m very disappointed with the ongoing awful customer service received from fantastic services. Not quite FANTASTIC!!!
Numerous cleaning sessions, cancelled or unattended.
After my awful experiences I made a complaint last week, to which I was finally given 2hrs free cleaning.
I booked a cleaner, specifically requested an EXPERIENCED CLEANER. I was told and assured she had 2-3 yrs experience.
Firstly, she could not find her way to my property. I went to pick her up. She was huffing and puffing about the journey and everything else.
She also told me she has only been in the UK 7 months. So why was I told false information?? This wrong on every level. I have found the company very unprofessional and also make false promises. This is disgusting and unacceptable. Lost a loyal customer!

Awful customer service and quality of goods

Received goods over a month later! Only to find the item is extremely bad quality and faulty. The colour is all faded and looks awful. Worst customer service ever!
They are not interested now they have the money. Sent photos as requested. Told me to post back with tracking number only.
Which is more than the item is worth!!!
Will never buy again from chic.me!!!!
