was good for 2 years, but then went wrong on upgrade
Was good for 2 years, but when I upgraded to advanced payroll, things went wrong. There is a glitch they cannot fix meaning I cannot submit to hmrc. This has caused me a great deal of stress and £100's in lost time and revenue. 4 times I have been with support. easch time it has been escalaleted then they have closed the case without warning, when i had not had enough time to do the response of required information. i am not the complaining type, but now i feel stressed, angry and disapoointed. Lokk elsewhere.
