They are absolutely horrendous to deal with and they try to make changes via “validation” to increase the policy value substantially after the 14 days cooling off period. Be very careful if you decide to buy a policy with them. There is no consumer protection for what they are doing. They increase my policy by £400 and there was nothing I could do.

Hi Gio,
Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry that your experience hasn't been as positive as we'd hoped.
We don't change the information that you input into the Price Comparison Website, so whatever you enter into the PCW is what comes through to us. This is why we give everyone the opportunity to check and amend their details, on our website, prior to payment.
All your policy details are checked through various other systems, such as the DVLA and shared insurance motor database, amongst others. If your details are found to be different to those that you put on your policy, when taking it out, we contact you by email and SMS, to check them with you.
We're sorry to hear that there was an increase in your premium with the changes needed and we'll pass on your review to help improve our services.
The insurance is unethical and I really regret buying a policy from them. Their exit fees are stratospheric… Never again

the payroll doesn't work and the tier 2 team are a bunch of contractors that simply don't care. Tickets have been raised since 6th of December and Nothing, no call back, no feedback, no deadlines for when it is likely to be resolved. Terrible system for customer support but they are very happy to take your money even though it is broken Avoid!!!!!!
Really helpful :) I am new to Fresha and I needed help getting set up and with check out. I reached out to them via chat and the customer service I received was outstanding. I would like to commend Etleva for assisting me so competently and promptly :)
Avoid at all costs. I have not received my P45 or any payslips. I went to the portal and there is no P45 there despite the fact I left 2 weeks ago and when you click on the option to download my payslips, it doesn’t work. Their portal is horrendous, customer service challenging and I had to call them so many times to resolve stuff that it had an impact on my assignment. Over all -1 out of 10

They charge around £250 for insurance but then ask for £60+£15 for each repairs as premium. The Toyota dealership gave me a quote for £70 to fix the damage. I am not sure why it is legal for insurance companies to operate that way; I feel fooled. Also they tried to claim on the phone my insurance was almost expired… there were 3 months still in the policy. Also, they postponed my appt for repair after a 3 weeks for the appt. How the ombudsman is not all over these business, I don’t know. Avoid avoid avoid
They got my kitchen 40cm wrong - so the entire kitchen if off, got several other minor items wrong as well. They didn’t take any responsibility for it. Been without a kitchen for 6 weeks and counting. Not only that, they tried to blame the tradesman for their mistake and now I am also without working appliances. Just great. Avoid please!!!!! Not a merry Xmas

I always had a good experience buying for holland and Barrett. I always got the correct products and in a timely manner. Sometimes they don’t stock some products I would expect them to and have to use other retailers; but out of all other retailers I have used H&B is by far the most straight forward one to deal with and they offer loads of different payment types, which is always a plus!
I have been with o2 for 20 years. I had a great experience so far. Nothing to complain about at all.
The prices are fair for what I get and they don't surprise you with out of the blue big price raises when your deal expire... I tried Virgin and Vodaphone, which were ok but Virgin kept hiking the prices up + you have to deal with loads of third parties; and vodaphone had intermittent connection at the time. O2 so far so good!
Do not buy a car from the UK Trade Centre, they have very low levels of integrity - sold me a car with MOT advisories not solved, battery in the last legs, oil and filter not changed, the engine light is on, break pads seems to be worn out and they let me leave the garage with coolant below the min!!!! Unbelievable! I went to the customer care yesterday and they refused to tell me what code the problem is... gave me a bunch of manbo jambo and state that I can’t expect them to fix everything as they have to watch their costs but they expect the customer to pay £10k for a car full o problems and deal with it. I asked them if I can take the car back as it is under 30 days and they said I don’t have a leg to stand on ( with those words as well) because they have the 99 points check - I just wandered that I’d they really did those checks how come all above wasn’t picked up - the check was last done in August as well, so they have some nerve to say that... They are cowboys - please don’t support them by buying cars from them! I’ll be contacting trading standards as I have date stamped pictures of everything and logs for every time I call them as well....and luckily my best friend is a lawyer so hopefully I’ll be able resolve this!
