Just awful, customer support is dreadful. I've literal given up on chats on more than one occasion as I'm told in a rather passive aggressive way that it's my fault that things don't work properly The new version is terrible. Having to keep reloading pages because they don't work first time is really annoying.

Got to the airport and found out that the hotel we had booked was double booked and we were being moved to a lesser hotel. Interestingly the price of the holiday doubled since we booked it at beginning of July. Offered a refund and took it. Will give Jet2 a wide birth in future as they seem to be price gouging, acting like Second World War Spivs
