Disgusting customer service. Was missing sanitary items and I was sent a bar of chocolate half the size of the one I paid for from the coop through deliveroo, took photos to prove it. The reason I placed the order was for the sanitary items for my partner. When letting deliveroo know they couldnt possibly offer me a re delivery of missing items, a refund or credit for the missing items. Even through speaking to management , they were unhelpful. It is theft. I proved I didn't receive the items and they wouldn't help me. Disgusting customer service, they've gone right down hill and are on par with Uber eats customer service. When the evidence is there in front of you how can you turn round and not offer me a redelivery at least of the missing items. Waste of money, will never use deliveroo again. Might be convenient but you'll lose your money because you won't get all of your order.
