Switch to discover card ruined Capitalone
So disappointed in CapitalOne. Ever since they switched our debit cards to discover they are completely unusable. 90% of businesses won’t accept it and we weren’t even able to use it at ATMs aboard. Such a disappointment that we need to switch banks because of this. Terrible product now!!!
