Don't buy the Everywish Gift vouchers. What they don't tell you is that you are not entering into an agreement with WH Smiths but with the company that issues the vouchers. This isn't made clear in the store. In addition the gift voucher company is registered in Germany, therefore German law applies and any dispute you have with them, you will have to use the German courts. In other words if you have a problem and the company is unhelpful, there is nothing you can do. You will just have accept the fact that you lost your money.

Came in promptly this morning and carried out the repairs/upgrades to our system. Very clean and efficient.

Item arrived and was of poor quality. They don't have a phone number and it takes them 3 days to reply to your e-mails (unless you threaten to do a chargeback and then they get back to you straight away). I sent them photos of the problems and they didn't get back to me so I just sent the item back via Next Day Special Delivery (as I knew that regardless of what they said on their website, the item by law needs to be returned within 7 days to get a refund). If I had waited for them it would have outside the 7 days and it would have been at their discretion to give a refund. I wasn't going to take that chance. The item was returned to them the next day. I screenshot the proof (as I didn't trust them). I was right not to trust them as they're now saying that they have no evidence that they received it. Sent them the proof and will just go to the bank and do a chargeback.

Basically there is no support of any kind. If you phone your tutor they are never there to take a call and you have to leave a voicemail message which doesn't get replied to for at least 2 days. The literature supplied is all electronic and lacks any detail, so there is nothing to refer to for when you need to revise for the exam. In other words, everything that a good course provider should provide, Harriet Ellis don't. I would recommend going to an actual college of further education, if you can find one that does an eligible course in dental nursing, such as King's College London. Unfortunately it's too late for me as they have my £2000 and there are no refunds.
