No Verification Code

Signed up for QB online ready for April. Unable to receive code to log in. One hour and 5 minutes on the phone to customer support and I was sent a form to complete which needed images of personal government data and other confidential information. Given this was a brand new account with no data whatsoever, I feel this is overkill. If Intuit have fundamental technical issues such as sending a verification code I understand why Quick Books are receiving as many negative comments. On this basis alone I wouldn’t recommend it.

Unreliable

First parcel delayed. Tracking stopped dead. Seller sent second parcel which arrived on time. First parcel delivered late. A lot of hassle and very costly for seller. CUSTOMER SERVICE HOPELESS!

Very UNHAPPY Beds!!

Very UNHAPPY Beds!!! Ordered bed in February. Paid in full. Just before delivery date in March. I was told the item was out of stock and the delivery was due end of May. Decided to wait. Yesterday received email saying bed would be delivered tomorrow 28 May. Today I received an email saying that delivery would be September!!! Rang customer services was told that they had only learned today that the shipment was delayed. But can you speak to anyone who might be able to answer questions? No, they aren’t customer facing roles. I am one very UNHAPPY customer.

Unfortunately, as we are online retail only, we rely heavily on third party suppliers.

Due to the unprecedented times at the moment, suppliers are receiving notifications of delays, which regrettably is something beyond theirs or our control.

Our team have improved our systems to ensure notifications are sent as early as possible to prevent any unnecessary upset caused.

Review of EKM

No Longer Good for Small Businesses

A mixed report. Had our website with EKM for a number of years. Found the platform reliable, with customer service and our account manager consistently very good. Since the takeover however, it seems that all EKM management are interested in is money, with prices rocketing at a time when small businesses are already struggling to survive. Sadly for us, the lateset price increase (October 24) means using EKM is no longer viable. It remains to be seen whether swimming with only the big fish will work for EKM. Feel very let down by EKM.

Thanks for your feedback - we're sorry to hear you feel that way. For the last few years, we've aimed to keep our price rises minimal. In fact, we didn't implement any price rise for our services in 2022, as you'll know, and for our PPC Marketing service and Email Marketing platform, their price has remained unchanged for the past six years.
As a business owner yourself, you'll understand that price rises are unfortunately inevitable - as they allow us to keep up with inflation, but they also allow us as a company to invest in our team, products and services to provide as much value to our customers as we can.
However, as an existing customer, we guess you're on one of our legacy tiers. If this is the case and you feel that the recent price rise was unaffordable to you and your business, please do reach out to us. As the information on your Trustpilot is pretty non-specific, we're unable to identify your account on our database to comment on which tier or services you're using. Still, if you contact the Customer Support Team or, if applicable, your Ecommerce Expert, we can take a look at your EKM online shop and see what we can do to help you improve your sales - the level of support we can provide on legacy tiers remains unchanged.
