Great until something goes wrong
Great until something goes wrong. I've been in a protracted process with QBO since beginning April. I have spent more than 10 hours on phone calls in addition to screen sharing and sending the same information multiple times. I have talked to more than 11 staff and raised a complaint which they then closed last week without my permission/agreement and now I am not able to follow up unless I open a whole new case. Issue related to not being able to log in and mileage issue which effectively falsely inflated mileage claims. So quite fundamental issues!
