Great until something goes wrong

Great until something goes wrong. I've been in a protracted process with QBO since beginning April. I have spent more than 10 hours on phone calls in addition to screen sharing and sending the same information multiple times. I have talked to more than 11 staff and raised a complaint which they then closed last week without my permission/agreement and now I am not able to follow up unless I open a whole new case. Issue related to not being able to log in and mileage issue which effectively falsely inflated mileage claims. So quite fundamental issues!

Love Fussy

I love Fussy. It’s a brilliant product and it really works to stay fresh all day unlike many other sustainable solutions I tried before. The customer service is excellent when I wanted to change an order that I didn’t need. I really appreciated their expedience and for keeping in touch, it felt effortless and I felt very valued as a customer. Thanks so much Fussy!

Kayden was so helpful taking me through…

Kayden was so helpful taking me through options for a new business tariff, data and phone options. Kayden checked a few things out for me which he didn’t have to do but really helped me to feel I was making the right choice with the tariff I went for without feeling at all like I was being sold to. Ripped off

I was happy with the logo created and the service until it came to the subscription renewal. There was no reminder and I cancelled the day after the money left my account as I no longer required the service but I Tailor Brands refused to refund. I complained and they offered a 50% refund even though I hadn't used the service and had cancelled the subscription. Really disappointing as a fledgling business I feel feel ripped off.
