HORRIFIC COMPANY!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Absolutely HORRIFIC company. We pay £70pm for a system that does NOT work. They dont have a complaints team and if you file a complaint for anything not working it will be ignored for month. Once they do get in touch they ask you to 'turn the computer on and off' and that SHOULD fix the issue. It's beyond ridiculous. Márcio
Customer Success Manager needs to be fired!! Every single person who calls himself a Customer Success manager is likely an 18 year old intern with 0 experience. STAY AWAY!!!!

Scammers! STAY AWAY

Scammers!! Scammed out of 99EUR fee for prime membership and refused a refund that breaches the Consumer Rights Act 1995 where I, the customer have 14 days to cancel and get a refund. These people are scammers!!! They make it impossible to get a refund. I have emailed personally the CEO of eDreams Dana Dunne and will be filing legal action (case number: 4394961)

IONOS DELETED ALL OUR WEB CONTENT!!!!!

SITE HAS BEEN DOWN FOR 2 DAYS DUE TO 'SERVER ISSUES' AND IONOS HAS DELETED ALL MY CONTENT AND PAGES!!!!! I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS. WE HAVE LOST OVER £10K IN 2 DAYS PLUS THE MONEY WE SPENT FOR COPYWRITER AND WEB DESIGNER THAT WE HAVE TO NOW PAY AGAIN TO START EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH.

TOMORROW WE WILL SERVE LEGAL PAPERS AND TAKE IONOS TO COURT!!!

Absolutely wonderful service from the start. Really happy with pre purchase and post purchase support especially Amy from Customer Service has been fantastic throughout. Flooring is high quality and arrived quickly!

10* review for engineer Scott who…

10* review for engineer Scott who attended my property to fix a complex burst pipe. I reported the issue to HEA around lunch time and the engineer was already out within 4 hours! Scott could not have done a better job securing the leak, as it was in a very awkward position under flooring, he had to come back the next day. He arrived back next day with materials and feed everything and sealed everything like the leak never happened! 5 star experience and he is an asset to HEA!
