Overpriced and terrible service

Overpriced and terrible service. On first visit they didn't clean gutters properly. After some long email correspondence with their unhelpful and rude operations assistant Malene, the " professional technician" revisited and removed the debris from the rear gutters which was not done properly on the 1st visit. Less than 10 days later (when we had the first rain after the cleaning) water was still dripping/leaking from the original gutter I was concerned about . Have been told this is not covered by the guarantee, well there's a surprise. But they can charge me more to come and assess. No thank you! Stear clear of this company.

We did acknowledge that the lower gutter was missed on the first visit, and we sincerely apologised for that oversight, appreciating the opportunity to come back and rectify this.

Regarding your ongoing concern about the overflowing gutter, we understand how frustrating that is. As we explained to you, although your gutters were cleared, it’s possible that the issue may stem from a blocked downpipe or an alignment issue, both of which are repairs and fall outside of standard gutter clearing. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to revisit your property free of charge to inspect the problem and, if it turned out to be a downpipe blockage, to even resolve that at no cost to you. We also want to note that we honoured the original price you paid back in 2022, as we truly value the loyalty of our returning customers and wanted to reflect that in our service.

We always take our customers feedback on board and regret that you chose not to take up our offer of a complimentary revisit. Our goal was and remains to leave you satisfied with the service provided.
