No end of year interest summary. No online access to monthly statements from 2025 to use for tax purposes. They must be mailed, but could not tell me the charge for that. Seems shady.

My friend loved the quality. He just lost his wife of 50 years. i was so pleased that the poinsettias were lovely. Frankly I am distrustful of online ordering, and I felt the $25 service fee negated the 'free delivery' , but overall I was pleased.
