Absolutely shocking customer service. My parcel never arrived but won’t refund. Keep getting messages customer service will be in touch as they are busy. Been waiting since December to get this sorted. Pay for your items you expect to get them or the company to sort the issue out. No contact number to speak to anyone. Shocking!!!
