The Worst Delivery Performance I Have Ever Experienced.
For the first six weeks of service, two orders never showed up; two were one day late. Today was the last straw. The deliveryt showed up with three meals missing, two meals (salads) with an expired best buy daye, and all the meals were warm (55-58 degrees) because there was no ice in the package. I have had enough and cancelled my subscription. Be warned: you will be disappointed by the miserable service.
This company is compounding its mistakes, I did recieve the refund for the ruined delivery. I had a $120.91 credit for past mistakes by the company which I used for the February 15 order. But then some genius at Factor, without any request, cancelled my membership (which meant I could not use the $120.91 credit). After 25 minutes of wasted time Factor restored my membership but now claimed I was no longer qualified for the free ad on (breakfast). They are now working on that. My time (and I would assume all cusyomer's time) is far too valuable to waste with a company which seems incapable of getting its act together. Once I get my Februarey 15 order (if by miracle the compaby actually delivers it properly), I willcancel my membership and try to forget this company.
