I have requested a refund address 5 times via email, but only received a reply saying they will get back to me after 24 hrs. This was 2 weeks ago. I guess 24 hrs means something different to different people.

I wanted my money back because i get a headache every time i used this wand. Tried doing it every other day, but didnt help.

I guess they stall their answer so they dont need to honor their 90-day money back guarantee.

They lost a customer and hopefully others will think twice before buying from them.

This product stopped working after a week. Customer service will not issue and refund or placement. They have blocked me from social media and deleted all my reviews. Do not purchase this item.

I have been using the Ruby red light brush since October of 2025. I use the brush every day and apply serum. There is a slight improvement mostly with the strength of the hair I have. I wish there was more of a cap rather than a brush for easier use.

Honestly didn’t think I would see any results. Finally just now started to see baby hairs around my hair line. Took about 7 weeks which was longer then expected but I’m glad I stayed consistent with it

Started noticing increased hair shedding & thinning at the crown related to perimenopause & post Covid. I was not ready to rely on a daily medication so I thought the Ruby brush & serum sounded like a good option! I have been using for 5 months now, average 4-5 times a week & started noticing a good amount of new growth after 3 months. You definitely need to stay consistent & be patient. Overall I have been pleased with the investment- the serum is very nice, not greasy at all & you don’t need much. I will continue using in combo with vitamins & shampoo targeted at this issue.

My product came defective which I wasn't happy about but they sent me a new one for free along with a bottle of their shampoo. Customer service was great. Looking forward to using the products 

I purchased the ruby hair brush, purerevive serum and keragrow gummies back in may. I have been using all of the product consistently since. Although the routine can be tedious and sometimes annoying I have seen great results. I have mixed feelings about doing daily routines for stuff like this. It does work but can take up time.

A month in my hair feels much more healthy

I am only 2 weeks in so i cant report much but my shedding is much less now, specifically in the shower. Hoping to see new growth soon

Really impressed with Ruby — loved it! I’ve been using it for about a month now and I’m already seeing positive changes. My hair has been feeling thicker, healthier, and shedding way less.

I have mixed feelings about products like this. I got the ruby brush back in june and ive been using it at least 3 days a week since. Some weeks 5 times. I have seen new growth around my hair line and crown area. It just annoying to keep using. I feel thats like anything though, consistency is what makes things work so I guess its fine.

The quality of the ruby brush is super nice. I am upset though that the serum came broken in the mail. Probably UPS’s fault to be fair but still. They are sending me a new one which was nice of them

Horrible company never received my product. No one responds back to me. It’s been a year. All I want is my refund for the product haven’t received either. They’re a total scam. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I’ve been using ruby for 3 months now. I wish my results were better but my hair loss was quite severe. Seeing a lot of new growth now around my hair line and partline. It’s taken a little longer than expected but I’m much more hopeful now that I’m seeing the growth. I’m going to keep consistent and see what happens

Upon receiving the product I had an issue with it. I contacts customer support and they were receptive to my issue and reissued a replacement under warranty. They also did not charge me the shipping as a gesture to the inconvenience. Happy with the customer service. As far as the effectiveness I have not used it long enough to report good or bad, but I hope on several months I can leave a positive review on its effectiveness

I have not used the tool long enough to share my true experience but the customer support received was excellent. Although there was a bit of a misunderstanding and confusion - everything was still settled. It was thanks to the assistant on instagram for actively working on my concern.

I am still trying the comb and strum (has been about a week or so, will update later on if it’s working I think my hair is thinning more.

I STILL HAVNT RECEIVED THE OTHER PART OF MY ORDER AFTEr 3 EMAILS.

I got the comb, serum, and gummies and still havnt gotten the gummies even thought they say they were delivered.

Non-responsive "Customer Service". "Creation of Beauty" is a scam company and a total joke. Don't fall for it. Their Customer Service team must have been asleep at the wheel, because after all the headaches and turmoil I experienced with this transaction, they actually emailed me and asked that I'd leave a review.

Company is horrible. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I purchased an item over $200 last December. I never received it never got any compensation. Nobody responds. I would never purchase from them. They’re fake. They’re a scam and they’re the worst.
