Great lights, quick delivery
We like the lighting we received - when we asked about a discount on our order we were told just to check the website regularly. The lights we wanted weren’t ever discounted so we placed the order. We paid full price which is frustrating as soon after there was a flash sale.
For the next order our timing was better and we got the sale price. The quality of the fittings is great - but what we really like is the bulbs (porcelain finish) which look so lovely and the clarity of light they provide. Really happy with the service and quick delivery.

absolutely awful experience, advised clients not to use you and i will avoid purchasing from you in the future for myself and on behalf of my clients.if i wasnt going through a rough time health wise i would have fought harder and taken it trading standards

Very disapointed.
VERY disappointed.
The website quotes 2-3 days delivery, but 1 week later and our delivery hasn't arrived.
There was no communication that it would be delayed, which means we will leave for a photoshoot in France without the lighting for our project.
I would not recommend, and won't be ordering again.

Poor packing resulted in twisted cable
A decent product but the cable was packed poorly and is twisted and no matter the tension it remains twisted and looks bad. Disappointed in how the installation looks.

Good and bad signs, little evidence
They have taken my money, sent me a some words of confirmation emails, and now asked for feedback? What can I say? Premature or overconfident?
It's been nearly a week since I placed the order, and it's not here yet. Looks too slow by today's standards.
They used FedEx and I expect a trouble as I am not going to be in to accept the parcel in person.
The online search was not powerful enough, took a lot of reading and independent googling to select the items.
The products look good and expensive online. Not sure if they are assessed by Creative Cables or work at all yet.

Just keep your money.
An organisation that takes no responsibility for the supply of sub standard product, provides no support, is factually wrong in how they treat you and acts in a condescending manner.
Never answers any questions other than in a way which is repetively wrong and self serving.
Super poor. Rude and arrogant IMO.
Just don't use them.
If i could give specific product reviews on their website I would. But they don't like feedback, and certainly don't act on it in my experience.
Caused me significant loss after their product damaged my home.
They just don't give a ...
UPDATE:
The response below was to be expected and compounds the arrogance.
The user was fine, the product was not.
And don't take my word for it - the credit card company reviewed all the papers and the company's 'defence' and agreed the goods were not of satisfactory quality with no hesitation.
What a poor economic decision to spend so much management time on a product that probably cost you less than a coffee.
Perhaps now you might now admit you were wrong and publicly say sorry for what you said below...? I doubt it.
