I have had mixed experiences with this shop. Among the issues are slow shipping, inadequate item descriptions, and a less than satisfactory delivery service. J'ai commandé l'interrupteur intelligent Matter DS-1081WL (SKU: EB-2023048), spécifiquement annoncé comme compatible HomeKit/Matter sur le site.

Problème de Configuration : Après l'installation, le QR code d'appairage ne fonctionne pas, et le code numérique essentiel à la configuration Matter/HomeKit est introuvable sur l'appareil ou l'emballage. Le produit est donc inutilisable pour sa fonction principale (domotique).

Service Client Décevant : J'ai contacté le service support (Commande EB20251123095896) pour obtenir ce code manquant. L'équipe a ignoré ma demande de code et a plutôt insisté, sans preuve, que j'avais commandé le "mauvais article", contredisant leur propre publicité.

Refus de Solution : Malgré mes demandes claires, l'entreprise refuse de fournir le code d'appairage ou de proposer une solution de remboursement/retour pour un produit défectueux.

Ce produit ne respecte pas les fonctionnalités annoncées. Le service client est non seulement inutile, mais de mauvaise foi. Je suis obligé de passer par une procédure d'opposition bancaire pour récupérer mon argent. À éviter absolument.

Pretty sure the product reviews are fake. One product has 29 reviews and every single one refers to how great the 'module board' is. I would be surprised if even 5% of users would call that particular product a 'module board.' It might be a 'module' and it probably has a 'board' inside it but it's like 29 positive reviews for a surfboard with every single one of them praising a 'wave board.'

The pictures listed on their product page did not match the items that were actually sent to me. When I reached out to them for a refund, they told me they only offer refunds for malfunctioning items, despite the “30-day money back guarantee” listed on their page that doesn’t mention this stipulation at all. Despite being a paying customer, I can’t find anywhere to actually write a review on their page. I asked a customer service rep about it and I was met with silence. Absolute crap customer service, avoid at all costs!

We've ordered $80 worth of electrical components from there, which never arrived, plus they also didn't get back to our emails and don't ever seem to answer their customer hotline. In short, they're probably a scam! Look out everyone!
