While the company clearly knows a lot and shares plenty of information, the program wasnt a good fit for me. I did not see much improvement, and a lot of the advice felt too general for my needs.

For the price, I expected more personalized guidance and clearer results. Unfortunately, it didnt have the impact I was hoping for.

I loved the support and suggestions in the better hair community. Even though I wasn't able to make my shampoos during the 14 day challenge due to shipping issues, I learned a lot and felt uplifted along the way. Now that I finally made and used the shampoo, I look forward to connecting with everyone more and tweaking my shampoo until I get the one my scalp and hair deserve.

I absolutely loved the 14 day Hair Challenge! I was skeptical at first, but Sarah blew my mind with the information she shared. I love that each day is set up for early learning and wins. By the end of the 14 days I felt confident that I can turn my hair experience into a positive one getting the results I hope for!

It was such fun! I learned a lot, the videos are shot but have a lot of information. I also like Sara, she’s so honest and smart. I would totally recommend it, my hair changed after only 7 days and that’s just the beginning 😊♥️

It was fascinating to discover a new piece of advice every day to improve and better understand what my hair is trying to express. I also found it amazing to uncover the links between my supplements and premature greying through the mineral wheel. The lessons are very well structured and dynamic, with clear and helpful support materials. The support team is extremely responsive as well.

Consuming appropriate nutrients promotes not only our hair but also our entire health, as does engaging in physical exercise. This challenge is a comprehensive solution, enabling me to not only appear impressive but also to have a sense of well-being. I derived immense satisfaction from each mission. Each was really educational and straightforward to comprehend. I appreciated that the information was not presented all at once; instead, it was delivered in manageable segments, facilitating my comprehension and retention of the material covered that day. An exceptional experience that well exceeded the monetary investment.

I liked the content and learned something new each day. I also liked sharing with the community and learning from others taking the same classes. I really liked the help widget and the haircare product analyzer, which helped me figure out which products were safer for my hair.

Really helpful course that will change forever how I buy and review haircare products. Scary tool that really exposed how toxic ALL of my products were and the amount of products I had to get rid of…. Crazy! Pedagogical classes, sustainable exercises, helpful community and GREAT FUN doing my own DIY shampoo!

It was an excellent experience. I liked this short but very informative challenge. I've learned a lot of new information about ingredients that doesn't fit for creating healthy hair routine.

There was a lot of information included but the form was easy to follow and didn't take to much time. It already helped me feel healthier and my hair feels softer. I have high hopes my hair will get a lot better because of that
