I reached out because I wasn't completely happy with the scent of a beard oil not that it was bad, just not what I was expecting. Even though I had chosen the scent myself, the team offered to either refund me or send a different one. I opted for the new selection, and they advised me to either gift the original or return it.

This is exactly how business should be done real customer service like this is rare these days. I'll be returning the original because I truly like this company, and they've won me over as a customer for life.

A long time user of their wax, and now using the hair pomade.
This stuff works extremely well smells amazing and easily comes out at the end of the day.
