Customer service great, but unfortunately I didn't work for me. Made my mouth extremely dry.

I was skeptical at first as my sleep isn't good and I get restless leg on an evening, I have found that if I have a sachet around 8pm by the time I go to bed around 9.30 iam way more settled and fall asleep quicker, they are a great flavour too

These are for my daughter she suffers from bad anxiety and we have tried everything and these seem to do the trick.
So I have now set up a regular order once a month.
All I can say these are a great product and people should try them before criticising them.

Tried sample pack and really didn’t like the flavour of my first drink. Thought l’d try again a couple of days later and loved it!

Couldn’t wait for next order. Personally, l love a long drink after morning dog walk. I dilut this one slightly more than suggested using fizzy water and feel energised for a morning’s walk. I have a second one with filtered tap water an hour before bed and it definitely helps my sleep. Recommending to all my friends. Brilliant.

This company has the best customer service i have ever experienced.
The sachets of Magnesium i have tried, have a lovely taste, quite sour, but i like that as opposed to sweet. I use them as a night time drink with hot water, help me sleep better, and have placed an order for my next supply.
I highly recommend this new company. They have real enthusiasm for their product, and i wish them great success!

I have tried a variety of magnesium tablets for my restless legs, which worked for a while but then stopped. So I ordered from healthy metals and quickly received some sample magnesium to put in a drink. The results were amazing, they worked quickly and once I felt settled, It gave me the best nights sleep i had had in a long time. They recommend, on packet per evening but I feel I couldn't drink one a night and just have it when I feel I need it, this works for me and will be ordering again when I'm ready for more.

Have been using for about 2 weeks now, taste is great for me, sleep is better, deeper and more relaxing.
The only downside for me were strange dreams, for the first week, but perhaps that shows the depth of sleep.

I love the taste of it, I have it hot before bed and it's helped me have a decent nights sleep.

Nice product and I am sleeping very well since taking but am worried it contains sweetener that does give me a spike shown by my continuous glucose monitor.
Might just ignore spike as the positive out weighs the negative

It definitely works for me me only bought when "free" . Would by bulk bought, but expensive. Great product though.

I really like this, it tastes good, you can even make gorgeous mocktails with it.
I have been experiencing muscle cramps but do not get them when I use this. Love it x

Good product but rather expensive for a pensioner.

The taste was lovely, unfortunately after the free taster for 5 days & another pack of 7 that I bought same time it was still not enough to see any change. It’s good to have a free taster for 5 days but like any supplement or medication 5 isn’t enough therefore i bought more at the same time. Would be better if there is a discounted price for the first order to see if it works or not at 5 days is certainly not enough:
