Excellent company & customer service
Excellent customer service, their staff are brilliant, very helpful and go the extra mile to help/advise you.
Focal is pleasant to take and quite soothing too. An almost immediate improvement in constipation. Helped with my anxiety too, though this was slower, but feel I'm getting there.

Arrived promptly and well packed.All the honey flavours are great and I particularily loved the ginger & Lemon on. The cup and dibber were also very nice, although I might not use the cup, incase I disturb the Bee, lol

I'm just starting my 4th month pack.
I'm just starting my 4th month pack.It has helped with contipation, but I'm still struggling with gut pains particularily when I wake up, today it's very bad. 2 weeks ago, i has cameras both ways and nothing untoward was found.
Any ideas to help please?

With the gut pains you’re describing, especially if they’re worse on waking, it can often be related to trapped wind or gas that’s built up overnight while lying down. A couple of gentle things that may help are avoiding eating within around 3 hours of bedtime, and taking a light walk in the evening to help digestion and keep things moving before sleep.
As your gut continues to rebalance, and you identify and limit potential triggers - these symptoms can settle over time.

Fantastic beautiful clothes from fantastic people
Lovely clothes, handbags and accessories at very reasonable prices. The shop is in the heart of Grantham and is run by really lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
