Extremely buggy software, I needed to find an alternative ASAP.

Great services and tools.

If I have to troubleshoot an issue, the team is always quick to respond to help resolve any issue I experience. Great customer service.

The platform itself is fantastic and easy to navigate.

Instantly is a good platform for bulk email marketing as I'm using it since long time. There are different features and filters are also available for better deliverability like inbox placement test etc. You can also sent email in different time zones in Instantly.

Instantly is the best way to cold outreach,the message always lands in the inbox and if you have any difficulty the team will resolve it very fast way

Instantly has deceptive practices around their done-for-you service.

They make it appear as if you're buying a domain and setting up additional email addresses through Google. What they don't make clear in the purchasing flow is that they maintain ownership and refuse to transfer or allow you to use it if you need to go off services.

We were exploring using them and bought several domains and email accounts which they got set up. When we realized their service wasn't going to work, we tried to transfer them off, and they wouldn't allow it.

If that's the policy they want, that's fine. It's clearly just a self-serving way to try and get vendor lock-in.

However, the purchasing flow does not make this clear. It seems as if you're buying a domain on any other registrar, which makes this a deceptive practice.

I'm generally not happy with my experience with Instantly.ai

Due to the following:
- Before posting an honest review, I gave your support team an opportunity to make things right and you didn't

- After only a short while after starting with you there was a price increase.

- There was a trial period, when I paid my subscription should not have started until after the trial period

- A cancellation of a service apparently ended that service immediately even if you paid for the full 30 days. So you basically took my money and did not provide the full service.

- I added basic CRM to basic email, because I though I would be able to use commonly expected features of a CRM, it doesn't, you must of course go to Hyper Growth, a cash grab, to honestly do what you should reasonably be able to do with a Basic plan, just so we can avoid your intentionally putting pay wall obstacles in our way, to accomplish basic tasks like replying to an email for example. Just silly and greedy.

- In general you need to revaluate your tiered offerings. It's a mess. It's ok to charge basic to premium, but the basic plan should TRULY provide the basics.

- Again, you're constantly upselling for basic and smooth functionality for common work flow that would be expected even at a basic level. Just greedy.

- When I use chat based support, after responding one time it's like your support people just disappear, resolution or not. It's just bizarre.

- Lastly the interface is clunky, definitely confusing at times, and not intuitive and some data is downright questionable and strangely needs refreshing (like lots) from time to time to get data to come close to correct.

I strongly recommend anyone reading this review, be aware and possibly look elsewhere.

We have been using Instantly over a year now.
Instantly has been a solid tool for managing cold email at scale.
The warm-up feature works well, the interface is easy to use, and it helps protect inbox deliverability across multiple domains. Support has been responsive when needed, and overall it saves a lot of time compared to manual setups. Recommended for anyone serious about email outreach.

I've been using instantly for about a month. They had amazing customer support that replies back in less than 24 hours. they have been helpful and helped me resolve a few small issues that were to do with my email inboxes from Hostinger pretty quickly. Definitely recommend it if you want things like ai automated warmup and outreach, especially if your busy.

The software is easy to get used to and the customer service is responsive.

I love the UX by you guys. The entire experience feels so seamless and coherent with how one would approach cold emails.

Also the support team is very proactive in resolving my concerns. That helps me move forward, fast and the peace of mind that the problems will be solved quickly.

Don't do the DFY setup. You don't own your domains or data, its all retained by instantly. If you want to use those domains elsewhere you get shut down. After bringing this up support went way downhill for us, so we cancelld our account. We cancelled about 1 week into our billing cycle, they wouldn't pro-rate refund or even let us access/use our account credtis we already paid for the rest of the month. Not great service, will not be back.

Instantly is one of the best sending tools out there. It seems like they can read your mind when it comes to product feature and the UI is very intuitive. Highly recommend!

As a non-technical person, it is so easy to setup cold email campaign, the people at instantly the do a full done-for-you email box setup so u dont have to worry about SPF, DKIM, DMARC all that jazz. And they ensure subdomain tracking and deliverbility. So I really luv that. Also the support team is very good, they've solve quite a few of my problems. Would highly recommend, the only thing I would say could be improved is the pricing structure.

Instantly has been a gamechanger for our email outreach efforts. They can handle the creation of emails/domains, email seasoning, etc - things that used to take us hours to set up and monitor can be done in just a few clicks.

The interface is simple to navigate and the unibox makes managing communication easy. We've yet to find any features this platform is lacking when it comes to campaign creation and management.

Last but certainly not least, is their customer service. Their chatbot is surprisingly solid for most minor questions and issues. For more technical issues, we've received responses from real representatives very quickly and they've typically resolved the issues within a few hours. Overall Instantly has been a fantastic platform and we haven't thought about using anything else since we started.
