I gotta say that I’m surprised to see such bad reviews for Sprout Health. I decided to get my Semaglutide from them because of the sale they have on the 1st month. I filled out the information and paid for it like usual, late that night, heard from the Dr the very next day and had my medication at my door two days later! Not only that but I received my nausea medication in the same package and wasn’t charged any extra. Everything was included in what I paid! I am very pleased with everything. So much so that I wanted to share.
This place is horrible. I ordered trizapatide and then after submitting the order it was semagltutide. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED NEITHER.. THEY SCAMMED ME I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK ..RUUNNNN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! There customer service NEVER ANSWERS
Worst customer service no one answers the phone or responds to emails with any competent answers, they did not provide all things needed with your supplies they sent. I don’t even think they are real doctors! I’m writing the BBB and going to the board of Drs, this company needs to stop scamming people!
Don't use them. They sent me a package of pins with no companion and them later sent an expired from some random pharmacy with a letter attached stating the expired companions had an extended beyond use date.
Now I cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel my account and I've been trying for about a week.
Run.
They won't respond. Sent me 2.5 mg instead of 15mg which I was already on. They don't answer the phone they don't call you back they don't respond to emails. Don't use them. Plenty of other places to use that will respond and have customer service. They are horrible. Run away
I wish I would've seen these reviews first. Cancelling your subscription is impossible. There's no way to do it online and calls make you wait on hold for 5-10 minutes before a voice comes on to say they're closed, and emails to support go unanswered. I had to spend $30 to place a stop payment on my account for them and just have to hope it works.
Poor customer service. Phone messages not returned, emails not returned. No communication regarding shipping. Inaccurate information regarding charges. I had my credit card company cancel my last payment. And now I just saw an FDA notice that their compounding and claims and interstate commerce is illegal! I think the MD is AI. I uploaded labs and he “never got them.” This company should be closed down by the feds

My order was placed on Friday morning and I have been reaching out with zero responses back. Everything is AI generated.
I’ve written 2 emails.
Called their customer service number.
And reached out to the MD via chat—-all of these with no response whatsoever.
I am reporting the charge as fraud as there have been no updates or responses back to my order that was placed last week. Horrible.
Customer service doesn’t call you back. Called 3 times. They never answered my many emails. Only contact there was was to tell me my next order was ready to ship. Can’t find anywhere to cancel on their web site they give. Product had no effect on me or my appetite.. Run, run from this site.
Interestingly, initiating my subscription was seamless. However, despite the website stating you can cancel your subscription by simply logging into "my account" is FALSE. There is no place to cancel your subscription in "my account" page.
I called x2 and have sent several emails without a response within 24 hours. I have contacted my credit card company and received instructions and am awaiting a response from Sprout Health...we shall see
I decided to begin taking GLP-1 Tirzepatide injections (the compounded version of Zepbound for weight loss, identical to Mounjaro for Type 2 Diabetes). Forbes magazine rates the 10 Best companies, and this company was rated by them a 9.6, and #4 out of a dozen or so.

If you have no administrative issues this will likely work ok. Just know in advance that if you call, the phone will ring 4 times and then go to voicemail, and no one will return your call. I've only called 100 times but that has been the case each and every time with no exception. My guess is that there is a single employee doing everything and that leaves no time for listening to voicemail much less returning calls.
I needed to change my billing info. After 48 hours I got an email response, but we apparently are looking at entirely different websites, although I don't know how that's possible. You log on by entering your email, get a magic link VIA your email (no password required) and there's the site.
For nearly three weeks it's been impossible to update billing info.
I dropped my vial of tirzepatide and it broke, leaving me without half of my monthly medication. That was a week ago. I've had no luck getting assistance so I could replace it and couldn't order it because my billing info has changed. YUCK!!!
The lady/gent? who has been sending me emails (Jahallil?) said she'd have IT contact me immediately. That was 10 days ago and no one ever has...so you understand what "immediately" means to this company.
I have no issues yet with the health care because I haven't had the need to contact the physician other than exchanging emails to state that I'm OK--I've had no side effects other than feeling a very mild and persistent nausea for several days after the injection--so I can't really say anything negative about the health care side of the house.
Just know in advance that there is no possible means of communicating with ANYONE for ANY administrative or IT issues. You will be totally on your own once they begin billing you. I've easily called their phone number 100 times: 833 496-4020. It rings exactly 4 times and goes to Voice Mail, and no one has ever returned a call. NEVER.
As for the meds...they've shown up twice as advertised, and I'm losing weight. But I would not begin this program with Sprout again, and if I have any other issues I'll be going elsewhere.
