Returned item
Placed an order for a few items, reasonably happy with the items I received except one jacket was too small. Contacted the company via email, they wanted me to keep it, offered me money off another order etc, but I didn’t want to keep it as it was too small?
I eventually got a return address which was in Vietnam ( I was lead to believe they were in the USA) returned the item with a tracking number via Royal Mail, eventually it said that my item was attempted to have been delivered but nobody was at the address, so a note was left with details of whom to contact. Chelsea the person I had been communicating with tells me they have no record of this and no parcel?
She kept telling me to contact Royal Mail which I did numerous times they told me that it’s the receiving country’s responsibility once it has left the uk?
Basically they are refusing to give me a refund, it cost me £20 to return the jacket, they are not honest, trustworthy or worth spending your hard earned money with.
Very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful, avoid at all costs.
