I have now been using the product for over six months and as a bad insomniac I found they help me to a good sleep 6-7 hours. I am however finding my skin is very rough where the patch is stuck. I do alternate them nightly and where they are put but the rough patches persist. As this didn’t happen to begin with I wonder if they are using a different adhesive?

These patches are very useful for those who don't suffer with chronic insomnia.
The company offers help and advice which is good and their follow up service is excellent.

I had high hopes that these patches would work but they didn't plus the fact that they came unstuck. Initially Customer Services were helpful stating, "If possible, we kindly ask you to continue using the patches each night until Wednesday, and we’ll gladly process a full refund if by then you still haven’t experienced any improvement in your sleep quality." I did this and they still didn't work, told Customer Services more than once and I have heard nothing. My advice is only order these if you can guarantee they will work for you because your chance of a refund is nil.

These patches do nothing for me but irritate the skin and leaves me itchy for days after. I’ve persevered with them but they are hopeless.
The money back guarantee doesn’t work, I’ve been ignored for weeks. Total waste of money.

Order took 16 days to arrive!! I tried the patches, but sadly they didn’t work for me. When I requested a refund, within what I thought was the 30 day return period, I was told, the 30 day guarantee is from the date of order, not the date of receipt, so basically no refund!!! So what I actually got was a 14 day guarantee!! Nowhere on their site is this mentioned when they keep promoting the guarantee; you have to search in terms and conditions to find it! Really poor - they should be much more transparent with what they are ‘offering’.

I used to get up to walk around 6/6 times a night and I couldn’t sleep in between. I bought some Vitalisys and tried them for a week , not really expecting any wonders. However after 4 days I still got up 5/6 times a night but had some sleep in between! I was so encouraged that I started the second week of patches and found gradually I was getting up less often, also the sleep was more restful.
I think it’s week seven and I’m only getting up 2/3 times but Quickly dropping off to sleep!
I did have one hiccup. A restless night after going to sleep straightaway, it was the patch it had come off my arm! So now I secure the patch with a strip of micropore tape. I recognise that if the patches were more sticky they may affect the skin of your arm.

I have tried many patches and Vitalysis works best although not completely Overcoming my severe Insomnia

It was after reading about these patches I decided to try them and have'nt looked back !
A vast improvement to my sleeping after waking many times during the night and would recommend them to
anybody with sleeping difficulties such as I had.
A good company to deal with and good value for money also easy to use.
What else can I say ? If you have a sleeping disorder try them, well worth it !!

These sleep patches are a life saver with no side effects such as drowsiness in the morning. I used to sleep about 4 hours a night, now I sleep about 5-6 hours a night. Great improvement! I recommend trying them if you suffer from insomnia. Communication and delivery excellent

This patch has revolutionised my sleep. I find that I fall asleep much quicker and sleep for longer.

They do actually help to give a settled night's sleep. Comfortable to use and no adverse skin reaction, which is important.

Its a good product. I like the fact that its all natural. Its easy to use so can be put on in the dark.I don't always find it makes any difference and is best used for me in the small hours when I can't get back to sleep.
