I am writing regarding my order placed on January 30, for which I paid for express shipping (2-day delivery). The express delivery timeframe was not met, as the order was not delivered within the promised period and was only delivered on February 6.

I selected and paid for express shipping specifically to receive the shoes within two days. Since this service was not fulfilled, I kindly request a refund of the express shipping fee.

Please let me know the status of this refund and the next steps required from my side, if any.

Not happy at all!

I have been waiting for 2 weeks on my 2 orders. What is the hold up? This is not a good thing. This is the 2nd time ordering and it have took so long for my packages. I am not pleased, and I will not buy from Kurt Geiger again.

There’s no correct phone number to…

There’s no correct phone number to contact them, so I have no idea where my order is at. The chat is not helpful. So I don’t know where my order is at, my last resorts is to try to email them again and hopefully I’ll get a response. There’s an item that’s $28 and you cannot order it and it has been on the site for about over 30 days now.

Just buy the shoes! 😆

I purchased a pair of heels and 2 pairs of sneakers. I absolutely love them. The fit the look, so classy and comfortable. The sneakers are amazing and fit true to size. They give Gucci and Golden goose some good competition! If you're on the fence, just buy them!
