Great Team…

They have a great customer service team. They will respond to your request within 2-3 days at the most. that is very commendable. They seem to be a very trustworthy company to do business with,

Doesn't work

I have been using Zephta faithfully for 2 months, this product doesn't work, it has made my hair worse than what it was. Very dry and not growing at all. The texture of my hair has changed and still shedding.

I double ordered Zephta by mistake

I double ordered Zephta by mistake and contacted them for cancellation of one of the orders which they responded to quickly. The duplicate order was cancelled and a refund issued. I am impressed with how quickly they responded. Thanks Zeptha support.

So far you have been up front and honest, quick to respond and willing to resolve the issue.
My order has not arrived so I can't comment on that yet.

Zephta was very helpful in canceling one of two orders made but I think they canceled the wrong one but I will see but they were right on getting my refund back to my card haven’t received yet and will watch for it to be posted but fast action is appreciated as too much as AI controlled these days . T/ Y

Buyer beware

I was looking at their site and without any prompt it completed an order. I didn’t want it and sent chat and email right away. They billed me anyway. Scam company. I reported them to BBB. They said they have many complaints about them.
