Absolutely joke of a company, my order 20000235979 has not been refunded claimed they done investigation and failed, haven’t given any reason. AVOID AVOID- not replying to any emails or calls

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience with BSTN. Over the last four months, I have been a loyal customer, spending over $5,000 on their platform, not including import duties. My trust has been completely shattered by my most recent order and the company's response,The Problem ,Receiving Used, Defective Products On order number 23000059652 When the shoes arrived, they were clearly used and defective. They had significant creasing, signs of wear on the soles, and other imperfections that are unacceptable for a product sold as new.The Worst Part Dismissive and Insulting Customer Service I contacted customer service with photographs as proof. My case was handled by a representative who was incompetent , and displayed exceptionally poor customer service skills. His response was dismissive, failed to address the core issue receiving a used product ,and claimed the condition was "normal" and due to "the fabric."Worst of all, after denying a proper return or refund, he offered a 5% refund as a "gesture of goodwill." This is not a resolution it is an insult to any customer who expects to receive what they pay for. It demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and fairness.

Schuhe bestellt, retourniert, Ewigkeiten auf das Geld gewartet, Antwort auf meine Mail erhalten, warum es so lange dauert.

Dann erhalte ich plötzlich eine Nachricht, dass ich den falschen Schuh in einer anderen Größe retourniert habe.

Ich habe den Schuh zurückgeschickt, weil er mir nicht passte, was erklären würde, dass im Vorfeld die Kontrolle nicht durchgeführt wurde und mir das nun angelastet werden soll.

Warte auf mein Geld, warte auf eine Antwort und komme nicht in der Hotline durch.

Was für ein schlechter Kundenservice! Niemals wieder.

Ordered a hat on the 3rd of February was told it would be 3 to 6 business days for delivery gets to today I call Royal Mail and they say that the only thing that's been done as a label was created on Wednesday, the 4th of February so they haven't even posted it I contacted the store and they are trying to tell me that it's in transit when by Royal mail is tracking and as well as speaking to them it's never even been sent so all I want is my money back this was supposed to be for holiday that was going to on the 10th of February so because of them I'm now doing without so I just want my money back and I'll never use them again poor service and I don't appreciate being lied To

Spedizione non consegnata e ad oggi perduta. Sto provando a contattarli da giorni ma non rispondono mai al telefono nè ai messaggi attraverso il loro form sul sito. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Le scarpe mi piacciono molto, quindi sono molto soddisfato, unica cosa avrei da dire è sul costo del reso, e menomale che non dovrei farlo.
