Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your item arrived in this condition — the torn packaging and missing tag are not the standards we aim to uphold, and we understand how disappointing this must have been.

Many brands have now reduced or stopped attaching swing tags altogether as part of wider sustainability efforts to cut down on unnecessary waste. We appreciate this can feel unexpected if you’re used to receiving items with traditional tags.

Regarding the overall cost, including customs and import duties, these charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are unfortunately outside of our control. We understand how this can affect the final price, and we’re grateful for your feedback.
