Feels like a scam
EDIT: It initially felt like a scam, but thankfully it wasnât. This turned out to be a dev bug, and Artem reached out to clarify everything and confirm my refund - very appreciated .
I wanted to try this page, so I paid the required fee. At the time of payment, there is a clearly stated policy outlining a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund.
I contacted customer support (request at fitly dot work) within that timeframe, referencing the refund policy directly. Each time, I receive the same automated response from what appears to be a bot. After three identical replies, all communication stopped entirely.
When I attempted to reach out again, the conversation restarted from the beginning with the same automated message loop. There was no way to reach an actual person or resolve the issue.
While parts of the page technically work, it does not function fully as advertised, and the complete lack of real customer support - especially when a refund policy is explicitly stated - makes this feel very much like a scam.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend paying for this service.
