Scam! Hotel geboekt via deze website. Kom ik er later achter dat de 80 euro service fee extra voor hotelvalues is. Je kan beter via het hotel zelf boeken, dat scheelt je veel geld.

Added over £45.00 hidden cost. I cancelled trying to get money back and can not find of them.

Having read the comments in relation to this company, i am in total agreement. Added a £68 charge to my reservation fee which i did not find out about until i received the hotel invoice. When i tried to contact them about he additional charges the email and phone numbers are curiously invalid!! I feel google should do more to police these scammers. Please avoid at all costs

The site added a €30 service charge which is not on or unclear on the website when boeking, Be aware! This about equalizer to the price of the room

THIS IS FRAUD!! I've reported them to my bank and filed a fraud claim with them and advise others to do the same

Hotel values.com is a scam. They add an unauthorized add on, and book the room on booking.com but add an unauthorized extra of £68 on a £217 booking. Scammers.

I pride myself on not being scammed. However, I just booked a hotel which like others I thought was direct with Hilton. It came through as Hotelvalues.com. The price has doubled! Tried to cancel through my AMEX as still pending not able to.

UPDATE * Hilton advised they have not received any booking at all so I will try to reclaim through AMEX. Do not use this fraudulent company.

Utter scam. Ridiculous added service charges taken without notice, don't fall for these shysters. Didn't even realise I was booking with them as clicked on Leonardo. Bad, bad company and no ability to contact afterwards. Avoid at all costs.

I need an invoice and nobody give to me.

Hidden service fees. They seem to sort of hijack the reservation.

Complete thieving bastards. Extra charges added after booking. I will seek legal advice.

i found a phone number online for Home2Suites Hilton Champaign Urbana. The website looked legitimate to be theirs. I presumed I was booking through the hotel. The person on the phone I find is from Hotelvalues.com I did not know I was booking through a scam 3rd party. The person on the phone was very pushy and promised a room with a proper kitchen which was the excuse for it being a little more expensive than online. I should have listened to my gut reaction and hung up.

Does the hotel recieve the payment or do you lose all the money

I wish i had read the comments before i got trapped by this scam. Like everybody else i thought i was booking directly with the hotel and then found a service charge the same cost as an extra day in the hotel..Why doesn't Google remove them from the first recommendation or better ban them.altogether. Can Trustpilot do anything to stop this company? I paid £200 more than the booking.com price. Terrible

Per ongeluk verkeerde hotel geboekt.
Kan geen contact opnemen met dit bedrijf op geen enkele manier om het hotel te annuleren. Ondertussen boeken ze wel bedrag af van credit card.
Zeer malafide, dus boek nooit iets via dit bedrijf.

Thieves really. Blame google for making people believe they are the real hotel website. They charge exorbitant service fees for the booking. Avoid like the plague. Scammers.

Total con, no pricing transparency and can’t get hold of anyone to complain! Scam scam scam

GuestReservations.com is nothing more than a predatory scam hiding behind Google ads. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel — their site is designed to trick you into believing that — but instead I was slammed with massive hidden fees only revealed after I confirmed.
The hotel told me they were paid far less than what I was charged, meaning GuestReservations simply pocketed the difference as a markup. This is deceptive, dishonest, and borderline fraudulent.
There is zero transparency, no way to cancel without losing huge amounts of money, and customer “support” is useless. They hide behind fine print while draining consumers who trust Google search results.
If my reservation is not honored at check-in, I will dispute the charge as fraud, escalate to the FTC and my state attorney general, and pursue legal action.
Do not use this company. Book directly with the hotel or through a reputable platform. GuestReservations deserves its F rating from the BBB and should be removed from Google’s advertising system.

Avoid booking from this site...

Prices ridiculously high.. Cancellation/changes policy is rubbish and

Service charges are as high as you can book another room in other hotels.

Avoid it any cost.
