It's a shame that I never read the reviews before as the negative comments about this company are true, a total fraud company as my items never arrived when I urgently needed it, after confirming they would definitely send it by the date I needed it.When I requested a refund they took ages to reply only to say the refund will be coming, after chasing, I received the exact email that many others did, a sob story that their funds have been frozen! Absolute worst company

I’ve made and ordered with them at the end of October and as I saw that nothing arrived after 3 weeks I’ve written to them and they said that they have a problem with theirs accounts being blocked…and I will be updated shortly.
After another 2 weeks I’ve wrote to them again and they told me that they have the same problem and it is a possibility to receive my order at Christmas,but not even that happened.I’ve written them a few days ago but this time not even bother to answer anymore.
If I could give them 0 Stars I will do it because they are a fraudulent company.I will not recommend to anyone.

Criminal enterprise organised scammers they stay just under the radar so the banks can't close them down. They send shitty clothes nothing like advertised then offer a discount it's part of the game these organised crime gangs use. You can't actually return them to China either and as they offer the return the banks don't care. The Police in each country need to add up the number of scams and scale of these criminals activities it's major crime and put them in prison!

Please never buy they are scamming you. Make reasons for no exchange or refund. Please avoid at all cost.

I ordered a jacket over two months ago and I’ve been informed that there services have been blocked. It’s very hard to believe because they have not contacted me since. I would advise everyone to stay well away from this company.

i brought something in November and it still didnt arrive and i asked for a refund then they told me there payments have been held, silly me believed them and im still waiting on a refund - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE!!!!!!!

Awful company who sell crap clothing and when you try to get your money back, come out with the most outlandish claims and nonsense

Luckily I used my bank and chargeback to get my money back - awful and avoid at all costs

Do not trade with this company: The shirts I bought took more than 3 weeks to arrive. When I did I returned them in their packaging, unopened. That was 2 months ago.
This company has taken my money and now refuses to repay despite having had the goods returned unopened.
Do not buy from this company.

Brought a jumper £50 from this company a few months ago never appeared so write to them got some excuse of a email asked about a refund still waiting . their website appears to have closed down.as others have added to there reviewsthis company a few weeks ago about a refund that never came to me. Ordered clothing. Took weeks to arrive. Very poor quality not at all like described. Reached out for refund and was told only 30% refund or I have to send it back to China at my own cost. The 30%refund still hasn’t come back onto my payment card 2 months later- I’m still waiting.

The app consistently log me out when I shop.

I Don't know what to say about these bunch of scanners order something on the 29th Oct 25 still has not arrived do not buy anything from this company and would you believe it the website is no longer there

I like lots of others didnt do my research and have had the fake sob story about no funds. Disgusting
