SCAM ALERT! The online jewelry stores, OMELIA & OLIVER or CELESTE-DARCY, is a total scam! It appears they are a Chinese company with several different company names, all appearing as US small-owned businesses for jewelry.

I have purchased rings from them, and my most recent order included a ring that I DID NOT ORDER. They will not replace it with the actual ring I ordered and paid for, and they want me to ship the incorrect ring back to CHINA. The jewelry they send looks NOTHING like the jewelry on their webite(s). I am filing complaints with the FTC and BBB on this.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM, and please share this post on all your social media pages!

I would have rated lower if I could. First of all, do not be fooled by the cute picture and the website. The shipping takes about three weeks. There really is no possibility of returns. The shipping to CHINA is more than the cost of the items. They make a lame discount of 10% to cover dissatisfaction.

Yep I fell for the same garbage. This is a fake site selling items supposedly made from Canada. I didnt receive what I ordered and what I did receive was awful to say the least.
They expected me to return my item to China!!
Please do not fall for it.

First off I cant believe I fell for the cute story of the mother and son having to close their custom made jewelry shop down. Its all a lie. The cheap metal jewelry comes from china. I could get a better ring from a $2 shop. I wore it for a couple of days to remind myself to never get sucked in again and I now have the start of dermatitis and the fake copper has faded to silver looking metal, in 2 days. Their latest email has offered me a discount coupon for my next purchase. HELL NO!!!! I hope this feedback saves someone else from enduring same experience.

SCAM! Ordered two rings they advertised as silver and precious jewels. The merchant in question misrepresented their product and business location. They advertised that the merchandise was made and shipped from North Carolina, but the item I received was sent directly from China. This is deceptive and misleading.

The product itself is of extremely poor quality and does not match the advertised item. What I received is not worth the cost of return shipping, and I will not be mailing it back at my own expense—especially considering the item's negligible value. To make matters worse, the company offered other customers a 30% refund, while I was only offered 10%, showing inconsistent and unfair treatment.

DONT BUY. I could not even get the money back from my bank.

Any chance I could leave a -10? SO wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I'm with y'all. This is the biggest scam ever. The jewelry is the cheapest junk I have ever seen. I would not give you $2 for this junk. They sound all sweet and caring about returning the items when you can get a full refund. Well, just to drive the point home, I checked out the cost of sending back. $300!!!! Literally. They KNOW you're not going to do this. Stay away from these scammers!!!

This is a dishonest scheme to gain money! I have been cheated on the product and never got a refund for the two rings that I returned to them using the address they provided in China.

I too wish I had checked this before ordering. THe dress I received looked nothing like the picture and was poor in quality and construction. I went to return it, but shipping to China was uneconomic. This site is a total scam and I hope I can stop more people being sucked in. They also have many sister sites with similar names

My fault for trusting insta photo and not checking reviews here. Bought silver with gold threads ring. Looks NOTHING like the lovely handcrafted piece in the photo. Cheap with edges so sharp as to be unwearable.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered three pairs of earrings for Christmas presents. To be honest they look like they came out of a Christmas cracker. Goodness knows what they are made of - plastic I suspect. They are NOTHING like the website. I ordered them from Ellie Bloom but seems to be the same company. Please be warned. I have wasted almost £50 on complete rubbish and now have to go out and buy decent presents that I won't be embarrassed to give to my friends. If something seems to good to be true, it normally is! Avoid this company at all costs.

Not handmade, cheap and not even close to the pictures. After closer look the site and people are ai generated. When requesting a return I was given the run around and finally after posting their 30 day gurantee I get a response back that I can get 20% back and have to send to thier fulfillment center in China.

Don't buy from this company it's another Chinese scam! I had a ring that came and it was much smaller than it looked in the picture and then all the gold was off of it within a few days. Took pictures got a hold of customer service and they want to give me 20% back. These companies know that it cost you more to send something back to China then what you spent so they know you're not going to do that however this is just another scam. Don't buy off of Facebook or Instagram anything!!!!

If I could rate this company a negative score I would! Buyer beware!! This is a scam. The quality of the jewelry is not good and it’s all china made. If you want to return things you have to MAIL THEM TO CHINA YOURSELF!! Total scam!

The 2 rings that I bought look like cheap, ugly knockoffs of what I ordered. I would never wear them! When I contacted customer service to request a refund I was told I would have to send them back to China. What a ripoff and scam. Don’t waste your money!!

I wish I had checked trustpilit before ordering.. I ordered through Elsie Bloom but it apoearsto be the same company... I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund as the ring ordered was very poor quality and didn't match the description... they supposedly have a returns policy if not satisfied within 30 days but it's quite a few days niw abd gave not had a response.. I suggest no one orders from this company as once they have your money they write you off

Delivery was good but dress was too small. Emailed and there was good communication until I found out that it had to be returned to China. The cost to return was half the price of the garment. They had a NZ website and it came in a NZ Post bag with a POBox number but couldn’t return locally. I feel it is a very dishonest way of trading. Next time if I ever buy online again I will be looking up Nz.trustpilot first.

This company is a complete SCAM! They falsely advertise their products. I happened to order a necklace that had a wave pendant. The picture on their website of the necklace was completely different than the junk necklace that I ended up receiving. Stay away from Omelia and Oliver at all costs.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I SPENT ALMOST 500.00 DOLLARS ON JUNK JEWELRY. TRIED TO SEND BACK TO NO AVAIL. BUYERS BEWARE.
