I received ring yesterday but it was NOT the one I ordered . I dont know why they ask for a size when I ordered because they sent me an adjustable ring!!!. The one I received is NOTHING like the one I ordered! BUYER BEWARE! I will be contacting pay pal to let them know how unhappy I am and pray for a refund.

Jewelry is absolute junk. Their product pictures are fantastic and make it look like their stuff is really high-quality, but it absolutely is not. Placed an order for a ring. They sent me a completely different ring and not only that, the band was defective and was clearly so before they packaged it and mailed it to me! This is a Chinese company and they try very hard to make you think that they are an American company. Took almost 3 weeks to get my package. I would never ever do business with them again. Here’s a tip. If you suspect a company is bogus, pay with PayPal. I filed a dispute with PayPal over this transaction and within seconds PayPal issued a refund to me. You better believe that Amelia and Oliver would’ve been haggling for weeks with me over this. Terrible company!

I ordered a ring from this company and received a ring, but not the one I ordered. What I received was low in quality. I began emailing with customer service (their phone number doesn’t work). They offered me 20% in credit or a refund if I returned the ring to China at my own expense. I responded multiple times with their own policy that says if they make a mistake, returns are free. They went up to 50% in credit, but why should they have any of my money. After two weeks and 20 emails, I was finally given a full refund. This company relies on people giving up.

I saw a beautiful ring on Facebook and I ordered it immediately. The ring took a little longer to get to the States, but when I questioned them for a tracking number, I received back an answer quickly. The ring came and it was not what I ordered. It does not look like the ring at all. I sent back a message, with pictures, and asked them what they were planning on doing. I was told I could have a refund of 20% back and that was it. I will not buy from this company again.

I have had a very good experience with Omelia and Oliver. I have purchased 2 rings and love both of them. Delivery does take a bit longer than I thought but they have been very responsive to my emails and product is well worth the wait. I will continue to purchase from them.

Different product sent. It was 15 cents worth of plastic at nearly $40 cost.

The earrings I received bore little similarity to what I received. Workmanship looks like cheap mass-produced and definitely not sterling silver and real stone. This is clearly a bait and switch, where they showcase beautiful pieces, then ship cheap knockoffs. I have advertised pictures and the real earrings.

I ordered three rings and like others have mentioned, it took almost a month to receive. I was disappointed that the rings looked cheap and did not fully look like they were advertised. Don't be taken in! I did get a whole $15.00 back as my refund?........

Still waiting on product, I've emailed multiple times if they respond its days later. Terrible customer service.

One star is very generous and not deserved on my order. The discription was completely false! The pictures of the items I orderd, were not the products I recieved. So, so disappointed that places like this exist to scam people out of their money.

I give them no stars at they absolutely terrible I've ordered something from them for my daughter it never arrived I've emailed so many times no reply i will never buy from them again im absolutely disgusted with them.

The ring I bought turned my daughter’s finger brown/green after 2 days. I contacted the company and they said I would have to pay $20 to return it to China. Then they offered a 10% refund, then 20%, then 40% refund. I agreed to that and have never gotten anything from them. Total scam

The company should tell their customers that if you want to return an item that you will be shipping it back to China! I bought a ring, ordered the size I always do and it didn't fit. It would have cost more to ship to China than just keep it. Very disappointed!
I also feel that they should write down the lengths/dimensions of their earrings.

I have browsed this company's website and considered buying but have realised it is a scam. It uses highly misleading AI adverts to persuade you it is a family run business in the US. It is in fact based in China and ships low quality goods which are difficult to return.

Search "BBC News - Facebook owner Meta accused of letting AI sellers 'run rampant'" for a news article about their scamming.

It has also deliberated changed it's website to avoid Trustpilot scrutiny - look at the old page for omeliaoliver.com rather than omeliaoliverjewels.com. They have identical branding

I asked if I could switch the size of a ring I ordered by mistake and they handled it immediately. No back-and-forth, just helpful service.

The Unique Natural Stone Earrings are truly one of a kind. Every time I wear them, someone compliments them. Feels like I’m wearing a little piece of nature.

What a horrible experience with this company. Their excuse is that they operate from China. The earrings looked nothing like the picture on the website. I requested a return. They asked for pictures and would "investigate" my request. After two weeks, the company offered me a 10% refund, or at my expense, I could return them to China. Extremely poor business practices and customer service.

I just received a beautiful pari of earrings. They are very small and I had a question about how to open them to slide on a piece to the hoop. They responded quickly a video that showed me there was a hinge that I didn't notice because it was so small. I appreciated their attentiveness and will be buying more earrings soon!
